Cette maison magnifiquement restaurée bénéficie d'un emplacement exceptionnel, offrant une vue panoramique sur le lac de Côme. Nichée dans un jardin privé, en pleine nature, cette maison pouvant accueillir 7 personnes constitue un havre de paix idéal pour les amis ou la famille. Répartie sur trois étages, la maison est baignée de lumière et présente une décoration contemporaine. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend un spacieux salon/salle à manger ouvert sur la cuisine équipée. Le coin salon est meublé d'un canapé contemporain, de fauteuils et d'une télévision. Le coin repas comprend une table et des chaises. La cuisine, adjacente au coin repas, est équipée d'une plaque de cuisson, d'un four, d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un réfrigérateur, d'un congélateur et d'une machine à café. Deux baies vitrées s'ouvrent depuis le coin salon et la salle à manger sur le charmant jardin. Le jardin ombragé dispose d'une petite terrasse et d'une pelouse donnant sur le lac. Vous y trouverez également une table et des chaises pour prendre vos repas en plein air. Chambres Chambre 1 : Au premier étage, la chambre principale baignée de lumière est meublée d'un lit double et d'une armoire. Des portes-fenêtres donnent sur un balcon offrant une vue magnifique sur le lac. Chambre 2 : Cette chambre spacieuse dispose de 2 lits simples, d'une armoire et de portes-fenêtres donnant sur un balcon commun avec la chambre principale. Chambre 3 : Nichée sous les combles, cette charmante chambre dispose d'un lit double et d'un lit simple. Salles de bains Salle de bains 1 : La salle de bains carrelée au premier étage est équipée d'une baignoire standard, ainsi que d'une douche, d'un lavabo, d'un bidet et de toilettes. Salle de bains 2 : Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez des toilettes et un lavabo. Il y a également un appartement indépendant à l’arrière de la maison, avec une entrée séparée. Cela n’affecte en rien l’intimité des hôtes séjournant dans la maison. Situation L'appartement est situé dans un endroit calme, en pleine nature, à seulement 300 m à vol d'oiseau des rives du lac. Bien qu'il se trouve dans une campagne préservée, il est proche de nombreuses attractions autour du lac. La charmante ville de Bellano (à 10 minutes) regorge de boutiques et de commodités, et accueille un marché hebdomadaire (le jeudi matin), l'endroit idéal pour se procurer des produits locaux. Elle offre de belles plages pour se baigner dans le lac et de nombreux restaurants ou bars pour tous les budgets. Colico (20 minutes) est une destination prisée pour la voile, la planche à voile et le kitesurf. Les visiteurs actifs peuvent également profiter de superbes randonnées et de pistes de VTT à travers les magnifiques paysages qui entourent le lac. Pour les enfants, il y a aussi l'Acquapark Dervio (15 minutes), un parc d'attractions aquatique. Varenna (20 minutes), avec son château médiéval et ses villas élégantes, est un endroit charmant où passer la journée. C'est également un port de ferry très fréquenté et la meilleure option pour les clients qui souhaitent explorer le lac de Côme et les villes de Bellagio et Menaggio. L'aéroport international de Milan-Linate se trouve à 1 heure et 10 minutes en voiture de l'appartement, et l'aéroport de Milan-Malpensa à 1 heure et 20 minutes.

Thank you to Happy Rentals and our host Sara for allowing us to have a great stay close to the lake. Great accomodation with stunning views of the surrounding area. Our host was very responsive with communication and made everything smooth including check in/out and any questions we had. No interruption/disruption from the nearby accomodation. Only 2 things to note are the picture of the washing machine on the posting, which was not there during our stay but did not impact our holiday and the drive up to the house, ensure your driver and car can make it up the 6 steep hairpin turns. Great stay overall!

This location has a breathtaking view of Lake Como, and was very reasonably priced for our party of seven. Close to ferry landing and other nearby villages. Peaceful and beautiful location. The drive up requires a skilled driver (and gets easier after the first trip up). The host was very helpful and responded quickly - would definitely recommend!!

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit atemberaubenden Ausblick. Es war jeden Morgen eine riesige Freude die Fenster zu öffnen und die wie gezeichnete Aussicht zu sehen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war wirklich tadellos, es war einfach nur zum wohlfühlen, deswegen sind auch längere Aufenthalte hier auf jeden Fall denkbar. Die Besitzer sind unglaublich freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. An dem Haus hab ich wirklich nichts auszusetzen, jedoch ist der Weg zum Haus wirklich schwierig. Es ist ein sehr sehr steiler, nicht durchgehend asphaltierter Weg und wenn man es nicht gewöhnt ist mit dem Auto solche Höhen zu fahren, auch wirklich nicht einfach. Wenn man dann aber oben ist, weiss man, dass es sich zu 100% lohnt.

A wonderful house with extremely friendly and helpful hosts, Sara and Marco. The property was clean and well kept, it had everything you could want. The house is at the top of a gravel and cobbled track after 6 very sharp bends and set high on the hillside. This does mean you have amazing views of the lake. it is about 20 minute walk into Bellano and 30 minutes on the way back (all uphill!) A great find and a wonderful base for our family holiday to explore the area. Would highly recommend it. Thank you to our hosts.

Die Unterkunft entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen, sie war sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Anreise war beschwerlich, weil das Navi die Adresse nicht finden konnte und die Anfahrt wirklich sehr steil und mit vielen Kurven ist. Da die Unterkunft mitten in der Natur ist, hatten wir ab und an Besuch von Tausendfüßlern und Skorpionen. Die Aussicht ist aber einfach gigantisch!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist trotz den steilen und engen Kurven nicht zu toppen. Die Aussicht entschädigt den steilen und abenteuerlischen Weg nach oben. Das Haus ist geräumig und die Bäder sind zeitgemäß. Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr nett, sympatisch und hilfsbereit.

Die Unterkunft entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen, sie war sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Anreise war beschwerlich, weil das Navi die Adresse nicht finden konnte und die Anfahrt wirklich sehr steil und mit vielen Kurven ist. Da die Unterkunft mitten in der Natur ist, hatten wir ab und an Besuch von Tausendfüßlern und Skorpionen. Die Aussicht ist aber einfach gigantisch!
