Questa casa splendidamente ristrutturata si trova in una posizione straordinaria, con vista panoramica sul Lago di Como. Immersa in un giardino privato e circondata dalla natura, la casa, che può ospitare 7 persone, è un rifugio tranquillo per amici o famiglie. Distribuita su 3 piani, la casa è piena di luce con un arredamento contemporaneo. Al piano terra si trova un ampio soggiorno/sala da pranzo a pianta aperta con cucina attrezzata. L'area salotto è arredata con un divano contemporaneo, poltrone e televisore. La zona pranzo comprende un tavolo da pranzo e sedie. La cucina si trova accanto alla zona pranzo ed è dotata di piano cottura, forno, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, congelatore e macchina da caffè. Due serie di porte-finestre si aprono dalle zone salotto e pranzo sull'incantevole giardino. Il giardino ombreggiato ha una piccola terrazza e un prato che si affaccia sul lago. C'è anche un tavolo e delle sedie per mangiare all'aperto. Posti letto Camera da letto 1: al primo piano, la luminosa camera da letto principale è arredata con un letto matrimoniale e un armadio. Le porte-finestre conducono a un balcone con una magnifica vista sul lago. Camera da letto 2: Questa camera ariosa dispone di 2 letti singoli, un armadio e porte-finestre che danno su un balcone condiviso con la camera da letto principale. Camera da letto 3: nascosta sotto la grondaia, questa incantevole camera da letto dispone di un letto matrimoniale e di un letto singolo. Bagni Bagno 1: il bagno piastrellato al primo piano è dotato di vasca da bagno completa, doccia, lavabo, bidet e WC. Bagno 2: al piano terra si trovano un WC e un lavabo. Posizione L'appartamento si trova in una posizione tranquilla, immerso nella natura, a soli 300 metri dalla riva del lago, in linea d'aria. Pur trovandosi in una campagna incontaminata, è vicino a molte delle attrazioni del lago. La graziosa cittadina di Bellano (10 minuti) ha molti negozi e servizi diversi, oltre a un mercato settimanale (giovedì mattina) che è il posto migliore per acquistare ingredienti locali. La città dispone di spiagge incantevoli per fare il bagno nel lago e di numerosi ristoranti e bar per tutte le tasche. Colico (20 minuti) è una destinazione popolare per la vela, il windsurf e il kitesurf. I visitatori attivi possono anche godersi splendide escursioni a piedi e in mountain bike attraverso gli splendidi paesaggi che circondano il lago. Per i bambini c'è anche l'Acquapark di Dervio (15 minuti), un parco giochi sull'acqua. Varenna (20 minuti), con il suo castello medievale e le sue eleganti ville, è un luogo incantevole dove trascorrere la giornata. È anche un affollato porto di traghetti ed è l'opzione migliore per gli ospiti che desiderano esplorare il Lago di Como e le città di Bellaggio e Menaggio. L'aeroporto internazionale di Milano Linate si trova a 1 ora e 10 minuti di auto dall'appartamento, mentre l'aeroporto di Milano Malpensa dista 1 ora e 20 minuti.

Thank you to Happy Rentals and our host Sara for allowing us to have a great stay close to the lake. Great accomodation with stunning views of the surrounding area. Our host was very responsive with communication and made everything smooth including check in/out and any questions we had. No interruption/disruption from the nearby accomodation. Only 2 things to note are the picture of the washing machine on the posting, which was not there during our stay but did not impact our holiday and the drive up to the house, ensure your driver and car can make it up the 6 steep hairpin turns. Great stay overall!

This location has a breathtaking view of Lake Como, and was very reasonably priced for our party of seven. Close to ferry landing and other nearby villages. Peaceful and beautiful location. The drive up requires a skilled driver (and gets easier after the first trip up). The host was very helpful and responded quickly - would definitely recommend!!

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit atemberaubenden Ausblick. Es war jeden Morgen eine riesige Freude die Fenster zu öffnen und die wie gezeichnete Aussicht zu sehen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war wirklich tadellos, es war einfach nur zum wohlfühlen, deswegen sind auch längere Aufenthalte hier auf jeden Fall denkbar. Die Besitzer sind unglaublich freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. An dem Haus hab ich wirklich nichts auszusetzen, jedoch ist der Weg zum Haus wirklich schwierig. Es ist ein sehr sehr steiler, nicht durchgehend asphaltierter Weg und wenn man es nicht gewöhnt ist mit dem Auto solche Höhen zu fahren, auch wirklich nicht einfach. Wenn man dann aber oben ist, weiss man, dass es sich zu 100% lohnt.

A wonderful house with extremely friendly and helpful hosts, Sara and Marco. The property was clean and well kept, it had everything you could want. The house is at the top of a gravel and cobbled track after 6 very sharp bends and set high on the hillside. This does mean you have amazing views of the lake. it is about 20 minute walk into Bellano and 30 minutes on the way back (all uphill!) A great find and a wonderful base for our family holiday to explore the area. Would highly recommend it. Thank you to our hosts.

Die Unterkunft entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen, sie war sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Anreise war beschwerlich, weil das Navi die Adresse nicht finden konnte und die Anfahrt wirklich sehr steil und mit vielen Kurven ist. Da die Unterkunft mitten in der Natur ist, hatten wir ab und an Besuch von Tausendfüßlern und Skorpionen. Die Aussicht ist aber einfach gigantisch!

Da die Unterkunft mitten in der Natur ist, hatten wir ab und an Besuch von Tausendfüßlern und Skorpionen. Die Aussicht ist aber einfach gigantisch!
