Dit prachtig gerestaureerde huis heeft een prachtige ligging, met panoramisch uitzicht over het Comomeer. Het huis, dat geschikt is voor 7 personen, ligt in een privétuin, midden in de natuur en is een vredig toevluchtsoord voor vrienden of familie. Het huis is verdeeld over 3 verdiepingen en is licht en modern ingericht. De begane grond heeft een ruime open woon/eetkamer met een ingerichte keuken. De zithoek is ingericht met een eigentijdse bank, fauteuils en een televisie. De eethoek is voorzien van een eettafel en stoelen. De keuken ligt naast de eethoek en is uitgerust met een kookplaat, oven, vaatwasser, koelkast, vriezer en koffiezetapparaat. Twee sets openslaande deuren geven vanuit de zit- en eethoek toegang tot de charmante tuin. De schaduwrijke tuin heeft een klein terras en gazon dat uitkijkt over het meer. Er is ook een tafel en stoelen om buiten te eten. Slapen Slaapkamer 1: Op de eerste verdieping is de lichte ouderslaapkamer ingericht met een tweepersoonsbed en een kledingkast. Openslaande deuren leiden naar een balkon met prachtig uitzicht op het meer. Slaapkamer 2: Deze luchtige kamer heeft 2 eenpersoonsbedden, een kledingkast en openslaande deuren naar een balkon dat gedeeld wordt met de ouderslaapkamer. Slaapkamer 3: Deze charmante slaapkamer ligt verscholen onder de dakrand en heeft een tweepersoonsbed en een eenpersoonsbed. Badkamers Badkamer 1: De betegelde badkamer op de eerste verdieping heeft een groot bad, een douche, een wastafel, een bidet en een toilet. Badkamer 2: Op de begane grond is er een WC en wastafel. Extra - Gratis wifi - Balkon - Privé omheinde tuin - Buiten eten - Centrale verwarming - Ventilator - Wasmachine - Satelliet TV - Eigen parkeerplaats auto noodzakelijk - Ongeschikt voor oudere gasten - Toeristenbelasting ter plaatse te betalen: €1 per pax per dag - tot 7 dagen - tot 12 jaar zijn vrijgesteld - Gas voor verwarming ter plaatse te betalen (€4/m3) - Terugbetaalbare borg van €300 (€600 voor groepen onder de 21) contant te betalen bij aankomst - Inchecken van 16.00 tot 20.00 uur. Uitchecken van 8.00 tot 10.00 uur, tenzij anders overeengekomen. Let op: De laatste 700m is de weg naar het huis smal en steil, met 6 scherpe bochten gedurende 250m, klimmend naar het huis. Er is ook een onafhankelijk appartement aan de achterkant van het huis, met een aparte ingang. Dit heeft geen invloed op de privacy van de gasten die in het huis verblijven. Locatie Het appartement ligt op een rustige locatie, midden in de natuur, hemelsbreed op slechts 300 meter van de oever van het meer. Hoewel het in de ongerepte natuur ligt, is het dicht bij veel van de attracties rond het meer. Het charmante stadje Bellano (10 minuten) heeft veel verschillende winkels en voorzieningen, evenals een wekelijkse markt (donderdagochtend) die de beste plek is om lokale ingrediënten te kopen. Het heeft mooie stranden om te zwemmen in het meer en veel restaurants en bars voor elk budget. Colico (20 minuten) is een populaire bestemming om te zeilen, windsurfen en kitesurfen. Actieve bezoekers kunnen ook genieten van prachtige wandelingen en mountainbikeroutes door de prachtige landschappen rond het meer. Voor kinderen is er ook het Acquapark Dervio (15 minuten), een avonturenspeeltuin op het water. Varenna (20 minuten), met zijn middeleeuwse kasteel en elegante villa's, is een heerlijke plek om de dag door te brengen. Het is ook een drukke veerboothaven en de beste optie voor gasten die het Comomeer en de steden Bellaggio en Menaggio willen verkennen. De internationale luchthaven Linate van Milaan ligt op 1 uur en 10 minuten rijden van het appartement en de luchthaven Milaan Malpensa ligt op 1 uur en 20 minuten rijden.

Thank you to Happy Rentals and our host Sara for allowing us to have a great stay close to the lake. Great accomodation with stunning views of the surrounding area. Our host was very responsive with communication and made everything smooth including check in/out and any questions we had. No interruption/disruption from the nearby accomodation. Only 2 things to note are the picture of the washing machine on the posting, which was not there during our stay but did not impact our holiday and the drive up to the house, ensure your driver and car can make it up the 6 steep hairpin turns. Great stay overall!

This location has a breathtaking view of Lake Como, and was very reasonably priced for our party of seven. Close to ferry landing and other nearby villages. Peaceful and beautiful location. The drive up requires a skilled driver (and gets easier after the first trip up). The host was very helpful and responded quickly - would definitely recommend!!

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit atemberaubenden Ausblick. Es war jeden Morgen eine riesige Freude die Fenster zu öffnen und die wie gezeichnete Aussicht zu sehen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war wirklich tadellos, es war einfach nur zum wohlfühlen, deswegen sind auch längere Aufenthalte hier auf jeden Fall denkbar. Die Besitzer sind unglaublich freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. An dem Haus hab ich wirklich nichts auszusetzen, jedoch ist der Weg zum Haus wirklich schwierig. Es ist ein sehr sehr steiler, nicht durchgehend asphaltierter Weg und wenn man es nicht gewöhnt ist mit dem Auto solche Höhen zu fahren, auch wirklich nicht einfach. Wenn man dann aber oben ist, weiss man, dass es sich zu 100% lohnt.

A wonderful house with extremely friendly and helpful hosts, Sara and Marco. The property was clean and well kept, it had everything you could want. The house is at the top of a gravel and cobbled track after 6 very sharp bends and set high on the hillside. This does mean you have amazing views of the lake. it is about 20 minute walk into Bellano and 30 minutes on the way back (all uphill!) A great find and a wonderful base for our family holiday to explore the area. Would highly recommend it. Thank you to our hosts.

Die Unterkunft entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen, sie war sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Anreise war beschwerlich, weil das Navi die Adresse nicht finden konnte und die Anfahrt wirklich sehr steil und mit vielen Kurven ist. Da die Unterkunft mitten in der Natur ist, hatten wir ab und an Besuch von Tausendfüßlern und Skorpionen. Die Aussicht ist aber einfach gigantisch!

Die Unterkunft entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen, sie war sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Anreise war beschwerlich, weil das Navi die Adresse nicht finden konnte und die Anfahrt wirklich sehr steil und mit vielen Kurven ist. Da die Unterkunft mitten in der Natur ist, hatten wir ab und an Besuch von Tausendfüßlern und Skorpionen. Die Aussicht ist aber einfach gigantisch!
