Situado en una extensa finca de 2 hectáreas, este refugio vacacional de 3 dormitorios ha sido bellamente restaurado y ofrece la combinación perfecta de verde vibrante, sol glorioso y paz envolvente para proporcionar una estancia única en un auténtico entorno italiano. Esta típica casa de piedra de estilo toscano cuenta con una zona de piscina privada, bordeada por la relajante sombra de los olivares y acompañada de cómodas tumbonas para disfrutar de una siesta antes o después de un chapuzón en la piscina. Esta zona también cuenta con un encantador comedor al aire libre bajo un cenador, donde los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de comidas y delicias a la barbacoa junto con memorables puestas de sol de Chianti. Hay otra terraza, justo a la entrada de la propiedad, que constituye un lugar encantador para abrir el famoso vino Chianti y brindar por los buenos momentos. Toda la propiedad se divide en el edificio principal y una dependencia conectada a él. En el edificio principal de dos niveles, los huéspedes encontrarán una gran sala de estar en la planta baja y una zona de dormitorio en el primer piso. La sala de estar es un espacio familiar especialmente cálido centrado en torno a una gran chimenea tradicional y cuenta con amplios asientos, comedor para 6 personas, TV vía satélite, techo de vigas vistas y suelos de terracota. La cocina del alquiler también está totalmente equipada para preparar grandes comidas familiares, para lo que dispone de lavavajillas, microondas, horno, cafetera, frigorífico y 4 placas eléctricas. En la dependencia, los huéspedes encontrarán otro salón más pequeño y acogedor con acceso directo al jardín privado y amueblado con sofás y lámparas de ambiente. Y gracias al ambiente privado de la propiedad, ¡el alquiler también es ideal para una escapada romántica con su pareja! Para dormir Dormitorio 1: Un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y armario. Dormitorio 2: Un luminoso dormitorio con dos camas individuales que se pueden unir. Dormitorio 3: Un acogedor dormitorio con una cama individual. Cuarto de baño Edificio principal (Primera planta) Cuarto de baño 1: Un cuarto de baño completo con bañera, ducha y WC. Dependencia Cuarto de baño 2: Un cuarto de baño bien iluminado con bañera, WC y bidé. Extra: Hay un WC extra en el salón del edificio principal. Adicional - Wi-Fi gratuito - Apto para niños - Plaza de aparcamiento privada - Imprescindible coche - Lavadora - Plancha - Calefacción central - Se permite fumar - Barbacoa - Se admiten mascotas - 2 camas para bebés y una trona disponibles bajo petición. A tener en cuenta: En caso necesario, el gas para la calefacción en invierno o cuando sea necesario debido al clima debe pagarse in situ. A la casa se accede por un camino sin asfaltar de unos 2 kilómetros. Los últimos 500 metros son especialmente inapropiados para coches deportivos o con poca altura sobre el suelo. Un lado de la casa está adosado a otra vivienda con entrada completamente independiente y separada, pero casi nunca habitada. Ubicación La casa de vacaciones se encuentra a sólo 10 minutos en coche de Greve in Chianti, donde los huéspedes encontrarán todos los servicios esenciales - desde restaurantes de alta cocina hasta supermercados - para una estancia sin preocupaciones. Las ineludibles excursiones y degustaciones de vino Chianti también están cerca, con la bodega más cercana Montecalvi a sólo 4 minutos en coche. Aunque el alquiler de vacaciones es un destino de vacaciones completo en sí mismo, sin embargo, su conveniente distancia de famosas atracciones turísticas y ciudades como Florencia hace que sea un santuario tranquilo para pasar sus vacaciones y al mismo tiempo explorar la hermosa Toscana. Traditional house with beautifully designed and maintained garden and pool area with splendid view. Andrea is a welcoming host and patient with people who try to speak Italian (he only speaks Italian). Clearly the owners have reacted to previous negative comments about lack of mosquito netting (there is netting on a window in each of the three bedrooms) and road maintenance. The road is a country road, but fine if you take it slowly and carefully. Easy to access Siena and Florence and there are many excellent restaurants in the area.

War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Zuerst dachten wir, wir seien falsch - denn die Straße zum Haus ist nur ein (ziemlich steiler) Schotterweg. Nach der 2. Auffahrt hatten wir uns daran gewöhnt. :-). Beide Häuser, Pool und Anwesen sind sehr gepflegt;

Wir haben als Familie plus Hund unseren Aufenthalt im Haus sehr genossen. Von der Buchung bis zum Ende des Urlaubs hat alles problemlos funktioniert. Mit der Anfahrtsbeschreibung haben wir das abgelegene Haus auf dem Berg sehr gut gefunden! Die Anfahrt über unebene Schotterwege ist etwas beschwerlich, aber der Ausblick entschädigt direkt bei Ankunft. Der Eigentümer hat uns direkt empfangen und alles gezeigt. Das Haus und der Pool waren sehr sauber, der Garten schön gepflegt. Während unseres Aufenthalts kam der Eigentümer ab und zu und hat den Pool morgens gereinigt. Grill für Barbecue war vorhanden. Zu Fuß und mit festem Schuhwerk erreicht man Greve zu Fuß in etwa 50 Minuten. Der Rückweg ist allerdings sehr anstrengend bergauf :-) In Greve findet man alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Supermarkt und viele schöne, verschiedene Restaurants sind hier zu finden, ebenso Läden mit typischen italienischen Spezialitäten. An verschiedenen Tagen finden auch Märkte statt. Florenz ist mit dem Auto in ca. 40 Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus ist inmitten der Natur eingebettet, abends kann man von der Terrasse verschiedene Tiere hören. Es ist allerdings komplett eingezäunt, so dass man sich keine Sorgen machen muss. Alles in allem war es ein wunderbarer und erholsamer Urlaub und wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Andrea is a welcoming host and patient with people who try to speak Italian (he only speaks Italian). Clearly the owners have reacted to previous negative comments about lack of mosquito netting (there is netting on a window in each of the three bedrooms) and road maintenance. Access is via a country track and the whole ascent is fine if you take it slowly and carefully. Easy to access Siena and Florence from the house and there are many excellent restaurants in the area. NB it was VERY hot when we were there but there are fans for each bedroom.

Une maison en pleine campagne, au bout d'un chemin de 2 km a travers bois et garrigue ( pas toujours très carossable, attention les bas de caisse....). Si on a oublié quelque chose au village on s'en passe plutôt que de redescendre ! Vue superbe, au top ! Piscine très bien, couchages ok ( mais ok -) , propriétaire sympa. En août, très chaud, pas de clim et des moustiques en veux tu en voila, toutes les fenêtres n'ont pas de moustiquaire : faut choisir entre la chaleur ou les moustiques ...... de meme le soir difficile de rester en extérieur on se fait littéralement bouffer : prevoir des repulsifs, serpentins et autres produits !!! Tres bucolique, le soir on peut éventuellement apercevoir lièvres, sangliers, biches, c'est assez sympa !
