Laat het stadsleven achter je en kom tot rust in deze idyllische oase in de heuvels voor maximaal 5 personen in het hart van Chianti Classico! Dit vakantieverblijf met 3 slaapkamers ligt op een uitgestrekt landgoed van 2 hectare, is prachtig gerestaureerd en biedt de perfecte combinatie van levendig groen, heerlijke zonneschijn en omringende rust voor een uniek verblijf in een authentieke Italiaanse omgeving. Dit typische stenen huis in Toscaanse stijl heeft een privézwembad, omringd door de rustgevende schaduw van olijfbomen en vergezeld van comfortabele ligbedden om te genieten van een siësta voor of na een duik in het zwembad. Dit gebied heeft ook een mooie openlucht eetgelegenheid onder een gazebo, waar gasten kunnen genieten van maaltijden en gebarbecuede lekkernijen samen met onvergetelijke Chianti zonsondergangen. Er is nog een terras, direct bij de ingang van het pand, dat een heerlijke plek is om de beroemde Chianti wijn te openen en te proosten op goede tijden. Het hele pand is verdeeld in een hoofdgebouw en een bijgebouw dat ermee verbonden is. In het hoofdgebouw met twee verdiepingen vinden gasten een grote woonkamer op de begane grond en een slaapgedeelte op de eerste verdieping. De woonkamer is een bijzonder warme familieruimte, gecentreerd rond een grote, traditionele open haard en met voldoende zitplaatsen, eetgelegenheid voor 6 personen, satelliet-tv, balkenplafond en terracotta vloeren. De keuken van het vakantiehuis is ook volledig uitgerust om grote familiemaaltijden te bereiden, er is een vaatwasser, magnetron, oven, koffiezetapparaat, koelkast en 4 elektrische kookplaten. In de dependance vinden gasten nog een kleinere, gezelligere woonkamer met directe toegang tot de privétuin en ingericht met sofa's en sfeervolle lampen. En dankzij de privésfeer van de woning is het ook ideaal voor een romantisch uitje met je geliefde! Slapen Slaapkamer 1: Een sfeervolle slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed en een kledingkast. Slaapkamer 2: Een lichte slaapkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden. Slaapkamer 3: Een gezellige slaapkamer met een eenpersoonsbed. Badkamer Hoofdgebouw (eerste verdieping) Badkamer 1: Een complete badkamer met bad, douche en WC. Afhankelijkheid Badkamer 2: Een goed verlichte badkamer met een bad, WC en bidet. Extra: Er is een extra WC in de woonkamer van het hoofdgebouw. Het huis is bereikbaar via een onverharde weg van ongeveer 2 kilometer. Vooral de laatste 500 meter zijn ongeschikt voor zeer lage bodemvrijheid of een sportwagen. Eén kant van het huis is verbonden met een andere woning met een volledig onafhankelijke en aparte ingang, maar bijna nooit bewoond. Locatie Het vakantiehuis ligt op slechts 10 minuten rijden van Greve in Chianti, waar gasten alle essentiële voorzieningen vinden - van goede restaurants tot supermarkten - voor een zorgeloos self-catered verblijf. De niet te missen Chianti wijntours en proeverijen zijn ook dichtbij, met het dichtstbijzijnde wijnhuis Montecalvi op slechts 4 minuten rijden. Hoewel het vakantiehuis een volledige vakantiebestemming op zich is, maakt de gunstige afstand tot beroemde toeristische attracties en steden zoals Florence het een rustig toevluchtsoord om je vakantie door te brengen en tegelijkertijd het prachtige Toscane te verkennen. In Florence moet je zeker een bezoek brengen aan de historische juwelen zoals de Duomo, de Ponte Vecchia, de renaissancetuinen van Boboli, de Uffizi Galerij en nog veel meer! De dichtstbijzijnde luchthaven is ook in Florence, op ongeveer 40 minuten rijden van deze vakantiewoning in Chianti Clasico.

Traditional house with beautifully designed and maintained garden and pool area with splendid view. Andrea is a welcoming host and patient with people who try to speak Italian (he only speaks Italian). Clearly the owners have reacted to previous negative comments about lack of mosquito netting (there is netting on a window in each of the three bedrooms) and road maintenance. The road is a country road, but fine if you take it slowly and carefully. Easy to access Siena and Florence and there are many excellent restaurants in the area.

War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Zuerst dachten wir, wir seien falsch - denn die Straße zum Haus ist nur ein (ziemlich steiler) Schotterweg. Nach der 2. Auffahrt hatten wir uns daran gewöhnt. :-). Beide Häuser, Pool und Anwesen sind sehr gepflegt;

Wir haben als Familie plus Hund unseren Aufenthalt im Haus sehr genossen. Von der Buchung bis zum Ende des Urlaubs hat alles problemlos funktioniert. Mit der Anfahrtsbeschreibung haben wir das abgelegene Haus auf dem Berg sehr gut gefunden! Die Anfahrt über unebene Schotterwege ist etwas beschwerlich, aber der Ausblick entschädigt direkt bei Ankunft. Der Eigentümer hat uns direkt empfangen und alles gezeigt. Das Haus und der Pool waren sehr sauber, der Garten schön gepflegt. Während unseres Aufenthalts kam der Eigentümer ab und zu und hat den Pool morgens gereinigt. Grill für Barbecue war vorhanden. Zu Fuß und mit festem Schuhwerk erreicht man Greve zu Fuß in etwa 50 Minuten. Der Rückweg ist allerdings sehr anstrengend bergauf :-) In Greve findet man alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Supermarkt und viele schöne, verschiedene Restaurants sind hier zu finden, ebenso Läden mit typischen italienischen Spezialitäten. An verschiedenen Tagen finden auch Märkte statt. Florenz ist mit dem Auto in ca. 40 Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus ist inmitten der Natur eingebettet, abends kann man von der Terrasse verschiedene Tiere hören. Es ist allerdings komplett eingezäunt, so dass man sich keine Sorgen machen muss. Alles in allem war es ein wunderbarer und erholsamer Urlaub und wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Andrea is a welcoming host and patient with people who try to speak Italian (he only speaks Italian). Clearly the owners have reacted to previous negative comments about lack of mosquito netting (there is netting on a window in each of the three bedrooms) and road maintenance. Access is via a country track and the whole ascent is fine if you take it slowly and carefully. Easy to access Siena and Florence from the house and there are many excellent restaurants in the area. NB it was VERY hot when we were there but there are fans for each bedroom.

Une maison en pleine campagne, au bout d'un chemin de 2 km a travers bois et garrigue ( pas toujours très carossable, attention les bas de caisse....). Si on a oublié quelque chose au village on s'en passe plutôt que de redescendre ! Vue superbe, au top ! Piscine très bien, couchages ok ( mais ok -) , propriétaire sympa. En août, très chaud, pas de clim et des moustiques en veux tu en voila, toutes les fenêtres n'ont pas de moustiquaire : faut choisir entre la chaleur ou les moustiques ...... de meme le soir difficile de rester en extérieur on se fait littéralement bouffer : prevoir des repulsifs, serpentins et autres produits !!! Tres bucolique, le soir on peut éventuellement apercevoir lièvres, sangliers, biches, c'est assez sympa !
