Lasciatevi alle spalle la vita di città e rilassatevi in questa idilliaca oasi collinare per un massimo di 5 ospiti nel cuore del Chianti Classico! Situato in una vasta tenuta di 2 ettari, questo rifugio per vacanze con 3 camere da letto è stato splendidamente restaurato e offre la perfetta combinazione di verde vibrante, sole splendido e pace avvolgente per offrire un soggiorno unico in un autentico ambiente italiano. Questa tipica casa in pietra in stile toscano dispone di un'area piscina privata, costeggiata dall'ombra rilassante degli ulivi e accompagnata da comodi lettini per godersi una siesta prima o dopo un tuffo in piscina. In quest'area si trova anche una bella sala da pranzo all'aperto sotto un gazebo, dove gli ospiti possono gustare pasti e prelibatezze alla brace insieme ai memorabili tramonti del Chianti. Un'altra terrazza, proprio all'ingresso della proprietà, è il luogo ideale per stappare il famoso vino Chianti e salutare i momenti migliori. L'intera proprietà è suddivisa in un edificio principale e in una dependance ad esso collegata. Nell'edificio principale su due livelli, gli ospiti troveranno un'ampia zona giorno al piano terra e una zona notte al primo piano. Il soggiorno è uno spazio familiare particolarmente caldo, incentrato su un grande camino tradizionale e dotato di ampi posti a sedere, sala da pranzo per 6 persone, TV satellitare, soffitto con travi a vista e pavimenti in cotto. Anche la cucina dell'appartamento è completamente attrezzata per preparare grandi pasti in famiglia: lavastoviglie, microonde, forno, macchina per il caffè, frigorifero e 4 piastre elettriche. Nella dependance, gli ospiti troveranno un altro soggiorno più piccolo e accogliente con accesso diretto al giardino privato e arredato con divani e lampade d'ambiente. Grazie all'atmosfera privata della proprietà, l'appartamento è ideale anche per una fuga romantica con la persona amata! Dormire Camera da letto 1: camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e armadio. Camera da letto 2: Una luminosa camera da letto con due letti singoli unibili. Camera da letto 3: una camera accogliente con un letto singolo. Bagno Edificio principale (primo piano) Bagno 1: un bagno completo con vasca, doccia e WC. Dipendenza Bagno 2: un bagno ben illuminato con vasca, WC e bidet. Extra: Nel soggiorno dell'edificio principale si trova un ulteriore WC. Ulteriori - Wi-Fi gratuito - Adatto ai bambini - Parcheggio privato - Auto indispensabile - Lavatrice - Ferro da stiro - Riscaldamento centrale - È permesso fumare - Barbecue - Animali ammessi - 2 lettini per bambini e un seggiolone sono disponibili su richiesta Si prega di notare che: Se necessario, il gas per il riscaldamento in inverno o quando è necessario a causa del clima deve essere pagato sul posto. Alla casa si accede da una strada non asfaltata di circa 2 chilometri. Gli ultimi 500 metri sono particolarmente inadatti a chi ha un'altezza da terra molto bassa o a un'auto sportiva. Un lato della casa è attaccato a un'altra abitazione con ingresso completamente indipendente e separato, ma quasi mai abitata. Posizione La casa vacanze si trova a soli 10 minuti di auto da Greve in Chianti, dove gli ospiti troveranno tutti i servizi essenziali - dai ristoranti di alto livello ai supermercati - per un soggiorno spensierato in autogestione. Anche le imperdibili visite e degustazioni di vini del Chianti sono vicine, con la cantina più vicina, Montecalvi, a soli 4 minuti di auto. Sebbene la casa vacanze sia una destinazione completa di per sé, la sua comoda distanza da famose attrazioni turistiche e città come Firenze la rende un rifugio tranquillo per trascorrere le vacanze e allo stesso tempo per esplorare la bellissima Toscana. A Firenze, i gioielli storici da visitare sono il Duomo, Ponte Vecchia, i giardini rinascimentali di Boboli, la Galleria degli Uffizi e molto altro ancora! Anche l'aeroporto più vicino si trova a Firenze, a circa 40 minuti di auto da questa casa vacanza nel Chianti Clasico.

Traditional house with beautifully designed and maintained garden and pool area with splendid view. Andrea is a welcoming host and patient with people who try to speak Italian (he only speaks Italian). Clearly the owners have reacted to previous negative comments about lack of mosquito netting (there is netting on a window in each of the three bedrooms) and road maintenance. The road is a country road, but fine if you take it slowly and carefully. Easy to access Siena and Florence and there are many excellent restaurants in the area.

War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Zuerst dachten wir, wir seien falsch - denn die Straße zum Haus ist nur ein (ziemlich steiler) Schotterweg. Nach der 2. Auffahrt hatten wir uns daran gewöhnt. :-). Beide Häuser, Pool und Anwesen sind sehr gepflegt;

Wir haben als Familie plus Hund unseren Aufenthalt im Haus sehr genossen. Von der Buchung bis zum Ende des Urlaubs hat alles problemlos funktioniert. Mit der Anfahrtsbeschreibung haben wir das abgelegene Haus auf dem Berg sehr gut gefunden! Die Anfahrt über unebene Schotterwege ist etwas beschwerlich, aber der Ausblick entschädigt direkt bei Ankunft. Der Eigentümer hat uns direkt empfangen und alles gezeigt. Das Haus und der Pool waren sehr sauber, der Garten schön gepflegt. Während unseres Aufenthalts kam der Eigentümer ab und zu und hat den Pool morgens gereinigt. Grill für Barbecue war vorhanden. Zu Fuß und mit festem Schuhwerk erreicht man Greve zu Fuß in etwa 50 Minuten. Der Rückweg ist allerdings sehr anstrengend bergauf :-) In Greve findet man alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Supermarkt und viele schöne, verschiedene Restaurants sind hier zu finden, ebenso Läden mit typischen italienischen Spezialitäten. An verschiedenen Tagen finden auch Märkte statt. Florenz ist mit dem Auto in ca. 40 Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus ist inmitten der Natur eingebettet, abends kann man von der Terrasse verschiedene Tiere hören. Es ist allerdings komplett eingezäunt, so dass man sich keine Sorgen machen muss. Alles in allem war es ein wunderbarer und erholsamer Urlaub und wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Andrea is a welcoming host and patient with people who try to speak Italian (he only speaks Italian). Clearly the owners have reacted to previous negative comments about lack of mosquito netting (there is netting on a window in each of the three bedrooms) and road maintenance. Access is via a country track and the whole ascent is fine if you take it slowly and carefully. Easy to access Siena and Florence from the house and there are many excellent restaurants in the area. NB it was VERY hot when we were there but there are fans for each bedroom.

Une maison en pleine campagne, au bout d'un chemin de 2 km a travers bois et garrigue ( pas toujours très carossable, attention les bas de caisse....). Si on a oublié quelque chose au village on s'en passe plutôt que de redescendre ! Vue superbe, au top ! Piscine très bien, couchages ok ( mais ok -) , propriétaire sympa. En août, très chaud, pas de clim et des moustiques en veux tu en voila, toutes les fenêtres n'ont pas de moustiquaire : faut choisir entre la chaleur ou les moustiques ...... de meme le soir difficile de rester en extérieur on se fait littéralement bouffer : prevoir des repulsifs, serpentins et autres produits !!! Tres bucolique, le soir on peut éventuellement apercevoir lièvres, sangliers, biches, c'est assez sympa !
