Oubliez le tumulte de la ville et détendez-vous dans cette oasis idyllique à flanc de colline, pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 5 personnes, au cœur du Chianti Classico ! Située au sein d’un vaste domaine de 2 hectares, cette maison de vacances de 3 chambres a été magnifiquement restaurée et offre un mélange parfait entre une végétation luxuriante, un soleil radieux et une tranquillité enveloppante, pour un séjour unique dans un cadre italien authentique. Cette maison en pierre de style toscan typique dispose d'un espace piscine privé, bordé par l'ombre apaisante des oliveraies et agrémenté de chaises longues confortables pour profiter d'une sieste avant ou après un plongeon dans la piscine. Cet espace offre également un charmant coin repas en plein air sous un gazebo, où les hôtes peuvent savourer des repas et des délices grillés au barbecue tout en admirant les couchers de soleil mémorables du Chianti. Une autre terrasse, située juste à l'entrée de la propriété, constitue un endroit charmant pour déboucher une bouteille du célèbre vin du Chianti et trinquer aux bons moments. L'ensemble de la propriété est divisé en un bâtiment principal et une dépendance qui y est rattachée. Dans le bâtiment principal à deux niveaux, les hôtes trouveront un grand espace de vie au rez-de-chaussée et un espace nuit au premier étage. Le salon est un espace familial particulièrement chaleureux, articulé autour d’une grande cheminée traditionnelle et doté de nombreux sièges, d’une table pour 6 personnes, de la télévision par satellite, d’un plafond avec poutres apparentes et d’un sol en terre cuite. La cuisine de la location est également entièrement équipée pour préparer de grands repas de famille, avec un lave-vaisselle, un micro-ondes, un four, une machine à café, un réfrigérateur et 4 plaques électriques. Dans la dépendance, les hôtes trouveront un autre salon, plus petit et plus cosy, avec un accès direct au jardin privé et meublé de canapés et de lampes d'ambiance. Et grâce à l'atmosphère intime de la propriété, la location est également idéale pour une escapade romantique avec votre moitié ! Chambres Chambre 1 : Une chambre d'ambiance avec un lit double et une armoire. Chambre 2 : Une chambre lumineuse avec deux lits jumeaux pouvant être rapprochés. Chambre 3 : Une chambre confortable avec un lit simple. Salle de bains Bâtiment principal (premier étage) Salle de bains 1 : Une salle de bains complète avec baignoire, douche et WC. Dépendance Salle de bains 2 : Une salle de bains bien éclairée avec baignoire, WC et bidet. En plus : il y a des toilettes supplémentaires dans le salon du bâtiment principal. L'accès à la maison se fait par un chemin non goudronné d'environ 2 kilomètres. Les 500 derniers mètres sont particulièrement inadaptés aux véhicules à très faible garde au sol ou aux voitures de sport. Un côté de la maison est mitoyen à une autre habitation dotée d'une entrée totalement indépendante et séparée, mais qui n'est presque jamais occupée. Situation La maison de vacances est située à seulement 10 minutes en voiture de Greve in Chianti, où les hôtes trouveront toutes les commodités essentielles — des restaurants gastronomiques aux supermarchés — pour un séjour en toute liberté. Les incontournables visites et dégustations de vins du Chianti sont également à proximité, le domaine viticole le plus proche, Montecalvi, se trouvant à seulement 4 minutes en voiture. Bien que cette location de vacances soit une destination de vacances à part entière, sa proximité avec des attractions touristiques célèbres et des villes comme Florence en fait un havre de paix où passer vos vacances tout en explorant la magnifique Toscane. À Florence, les joyaux historiques à ne pas manquer sont le Duomo, le Ponte Vecchio, les jardins Renaissance de Boboli, la Galerie des Offices et bien d’autres encore ! L'aéroport le plus proche se trouve également à Florence, à environ 40 minutes en voiture de cette location de vacances dans le Chianti Classico.

Fijn huis, prachtige omgeving met mooi uitzicht. Midden in een natuurgebied, dus heel rustig. De host was heel behulpzaam. Het zwembad werd regelmatig schoongemaakt. De weg naar het huis was wel wat hobbelig en steil omhoog, maar dat was van tevoren aangegeven. Florence en Siena zijn goed bereikbaar en er is nog veel meer te ontdekken in de omgeving. We hebben een top vakantie gehad.

Traditional house with beautifully designed and maintained garden and pool area with splendid view. Andrea is a welcoming host and patient with people who try to speak Italian (he only speaks Italian). Clearly the owners have reacted to previous negative comments about lack of mosquito netting (there is netting on a window in each of the three bedrooms) and road maintenance. The road is a country road, but fine if you take it slowly and carefully. Easy to access Siena and Florence and there are many excellent restaurants in the area.

War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Zuerst dachten wir, wir seien falsch - denn die Straße zum Haus ist nur ein (ziemlich steiler) Schotterweg. Nach der 2. Auffahrt hatten wir uns daran gewöhnt. :-). Beide Häuser, Pool und Anwesen sind sehr gepflegt;

Wir haben als Familie plus Hund unseren Aufenthalt im Haus sehr genossen. Von der Buchung bis zum Ende des Urlaubs hat alles problemlos funktioniert. Mit der Anfahrtsbeschreibung haben wir das abgelegene Haus auf dem Berg sehr gut gefunden! Die Anfahrt über unebene Schotterwege ist etwas beschwerlich, aber der Ausblick entschädigt direkt bei Ankunft. Der Eigentümer hat uns direkt empfangen und alles gezeigt. Das Haus und der Pool waren sehr sauber, der Garten schön gepflegt. Während unseres Aufenthalts kam der Eigentümer ab und zu und hat den Pool morgens gereinigt. Grill für Barbecue war vorhanden. Zu Fuß und mit festem Schuhwerk erreicht man Greve zu Fuß in etwa 50 Minuten. Der Rückweg ist allerdings sehr anstrengend bergauf :-) In Greve findet man alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Supermarkt und viele schöne, verschiedene Restaurants sind hier zu finden, ebenso Läden mit typischen italienischen Spezialitäten. An verschiedenen Tagen finden auch Märkte statt. Florenz ist mit dem Auto in ca. 40 Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus ist inmitten der Natur eingebettet, abends kann man von der Terrasse verschiedene Tiere hören. Es ist allerdings komplett eingezäunt, so dass man sich keine Sorgen machen muss. Alles in allem war es ein wunderbarer und erholsamer Urlaub und wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Andrea is a welcoming host and patient with people who try to speak Italian (he only speaks Italian). Clearly the owners have reacted to previous negative comments about lack of mosquito netting (there is netting on a window in each of the three bedrooms) and road maintenance. Access is via a country track and the whole ascent is fine if you take it slowly and carefully. Easy to access Siena and Florence from the house and there are many excellent restaurants in the area. NB it was VERY hot when we were there but there are fans for each bedroom.

Une maison en pleine campagne, au bout d'un chemin de 2 km a travers bois et garrigue ( pas toujours très carossable, attention les bas de caisse....). Si on a oublié quelque chose au village on s'en passe plutôt que de redescendre ! Vue superbe, au top ! Piscine très bien, couchages ok ( mais ok -) , propriétaire sympa. En août, très chaud, pas de clim et des moustiques en veux tu en voila, toutes les fenêtres n'ont pas de moustiquaire : faut choisir entre la chaleur ou les moustiques ...... de meme le soir difficile de rester en extérieur on se fait littéralement bouffer : prevoir des repulsifs, serpentins et autres produits !!! Tres bucolique, le soir on peut éventuellement apercevoir lièvres, sangliers, biches, c'est assez sympa !
