Una encantadora villa, situada en un extenso terreno con impresionantes vistas sobre el Golfo de Cugnana y el campo virgen. Esta villa es un refugio idílico para 2 personas. Tiene espacio al aire libre precioso y ha sido cuidadosamente decorado en todas partes. La amplia sala de estar de planta abierta tiene un sofá, chimenea tradicional de esquina (no está en uso), TV de pantalla plana, bonita mesa de comedor blanca y una cocina recién equipada. La cocina está equipada con vitrocerámica, horno, frigorífico/congelador y cafetera moka. Unas puertas de cristal conducen desde el salón a una bonita terraza sombreada, donde los huéspedes pueden cenar al aire libre y disfrutar de unas vistas incomparables al mar. Hay un segundo porche con una gran barbacoa y mesa de piedra. Para dormir El fresco dormitorio principal tiene una cama doble, cómoda y un gran armario. Una cama supletoria se puede proporcionar a un costo adicional. Cuarto de baño El cuarto de baño alicatado está equipado con ducha, bidé, lavabo, WC y lavadora. Extra: También hay una ducha exterior. En Olbia (15 minutos), podrá explorar los vibrantes mercados de los agricultores que se celebran tres veces por semana. El mercado de los sábados en Via Sangallo es especialmente recomendable. La famosa playa de Rena Bianca, en la Costa Esmeralda, está a sólo 10 minutos, mientras que el centro turístico de la jet-set de Porto Cervo se encuentra a 20 minutos. Porto Rotondo (15 minutos) es conocido por su puerto deportivo, pero durante los meses de verano la ciudad acoge un mercado semanal (los miércoles) de artesanía donde se pueden encontrar muchos productos artesanales locales y elegantes accesorios de moda. El puerto y el aeropuerto de Olbia están a unos 20 minutos.

This small villa was a peaceful and quiet place to stay during our time in North Sardinia. The one-bedroom apartment is spacious and clean. There's also a nice view of the sea and plenty of outdoor seating. The wi-fi, AC and washing machine all worked and the kitchen was well-equipped. There is parking available inside. The check-in and check-out process was efficient and easy and the property management were prompt in responding to questions and letting us know about the property. It's very conveniently located, around a 15-20 minute drive from Olbia, Porto Rotondo, Golfo Aranci, and Porto Cervo, and is a perfect option for a more affordable place to stay in what can be quite an expensive area.

Me and my girlffriend enjoyed our stay at this Location a lot.The Communication with my Marco from happy rentals was very easy and helpfull.We Received all needed informations and he supports us with some local hints.The house got everything we needed, a few more glasses or generally kitchen equipment would be nice but it works.Thanks for having us B&M

Fabulous villa for two! Very well equipped and comfortable! Lovely views across the sea to Porto Rotondo peninsular! 15 minutrs from a fabulous beach. Marco, agent for Happy Holidays, was excellent and kept in touch with us throughout! We shall certainly stay at Bella Vista when we return to Sardinia!

Wir haben uns toll gefühlt. Der Ausblick war toll vom Haus auf das Meer. Die Unterkunft ist schön gelegen, wir wollten etwas außerhalb hausen. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte problemlos mit einem Schlüsselcode. Die Gastgeberin informierte uns rechtzeitig über den Ablauf. Parken konnte man direkt am Haus mit einem separaten Tor (die Villa nebenan hatte ein eigenes Tor zum Befahren der Einfahrt). Durch einen Sichtschutz hatte man Ruhe vor Nachbarn und war total für sich. Der Urlaub war wunderschön. Strände etc. haben wir mit dem Mietwagen angefahren. In dem Haus hatten wir totale Ruhe. Die Ausstattung war gut. Tolle Aussicht.

La casa è posizionata splendidamente a due passi dalle migliori spiagge della Costa Smeralda ma anche vicinissima ad Olbia e in prossimità del servizi. Piccolo misunderstanding in fase di check-in ma risolto velocemente e con professionalità dall’ host.

La dependance gode di una splendida vista sul golfo di Cugnana. È molto “coccola” adatta per due persone, tuttavia ci sono alcuni dettagli che andrebbero curati maggiormente. Ad esempio davanzali, finestre e patio esterno andrebbero puliti a fondo, mobilio un po’ vecchio, tv che funziona a singhiozzo (e prende solo la Rai). La cosa positiva è stata la disponibilità dell’host nella risoluzione delle problematiche.
