Vive "la dolce vita" en este encantador apartamento de la 4ª planta con una amplia terraza, a pocos pasos de la playa. Este apartamento de 2 dormitorios tiene capacidad para 4 personas con comodidad. Está decorado con mucho gusto y tiene todo lo que los huéspedes pueden necesitar para una estancia relajante. Lo más destacado es la impresionante terraza, que es realmente una extensión del apartamento y constituye una magnífica zona de estar/comedor. Está parcialmente cubierta para comer a la sombra y ofrece vistas sobre los tejados hasta el mar. La terraza tiene una mesa para 6 personas y dos elegantes sofás. Es un espacio ideal para pasar tiempo con los amigos o la familia. En el interior hay una bonita cocina abierta con armarios de madera blanca y otra mesa de comedor con 6 sillas. La cocina está bien equipada con placa de inducción, nevera, congelador. Una puerta de cristal da acceso a la terraza. Para dormir Dormitorio 1: Un soleado dormitorio con 2 camas individuales, un armario y un televisor con reproductor de DVD Dormitorio 2: Este dormitorio luminoso y ventilado tiene 2 camas individuales con un armario. Cuarto de baño El baño tiene una gran ducha de cristal, bidé, lavabo y WC Adicional - Wifi gratuito - Calefacción central - Lavadora - Biblioteca - Secador de pelo - Aparcamiento público, se recomienda un coche - No se admiten mascotas - Se puede pagar por adelantado un cargo diario de 10 euros por la electricidad y el aire acondicionado. Ubicación Este apartamento se encuentra en la zona de Vittoria Apuana de Forte Dei Marmi, cerca de las hermosas playas de Versilia. Hay excelentes bares y restaurantes cerca, así como tiendas y servicios. Si puede alejarse del mar y la arena, hay muchos lugares maravillosos para visitar en las cercanías. Pisa, con su famosa Torre Inclinada, está a sólo 50 minutos. La ciudad tiene un mercado diario (excepto los domingos), el Mercato delle Vettovaglie, en la Piazza Vettovaglie. Aquí se pueden comprar deliciosos productos locales. Pisa también cuenta con un mercadillo el segundo fin de semana del mes. En la Piazza delle Cavaliere, el mercado es un tesoro lleno de joyas ocultas. La impresionante ciudad de Luca está a sólo 35 minutos. No hay que perderse sus enormes murallas renacentistas. Puede alquilar una bicicleta y recorrer las murallas. También merece la pena visitar la plaza circular central. Es uno de los destinos más bellos de la Toscana. Se pide por adelantado un cargo diario de 10 euros por la electricidad y por el aire acondicionado.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Wohnung, weil uns die Lage und die Terrasse beim ersten Mal schon begeistert hat. Der Aufenthalt war wieder sehr schön und unproblematisch. Empfang und Abreise waren gut organisiert, das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei! Leider ist der Wasserdruck im dritten Stock etwas schwach. Bei der Ausstattung gibt es immer Kleinigkeiten, die man vermisst, im Großen und Ganzen ist die Wohnung aber gut ausgestattet. Am Wichtigsten aus unserer Sicht wäre noch eine Mikrowelle. Schön, wenn diese beim vielleicht nächsten Mal da wäre.

The location is good. But minuses : 1. Air conditioner and privacy. The apartment has three separate rooms and only ONE room has an air conditioner. We stayed with a kid and for us it was crucial to have a separate room. As a result we had to keep all the doors open (there were extremely hot in each room inside) 2. It was dirty. After the check-in we played with a kid on the floor and I was shocked looking at our knees after. They were fully brown 3. The situation with the Wi-Fi was insane! An agency left us a device with poor internet to post photos as a maximum 4. Communication was bad, it felt like we are renting not a private property from the owner, but an apartment from the rental agency. The most disappointing point was that we were not informed about the beach renting rules. The apartment is for beach vacations only, there is nothing else to do there. But if you didn't rent a tent on the beach in advance, you are not able to have a rest on the seaside not far from the apartment
