Este piso de dos dormitorios tiene capacidad para alojar cómodamente a cuatro personas. Está decorado con buen gusto y cuenta con todo lo que los huéspedes puedan necesitar para una estancia relajante. Lo más destacado es la impresionante terraza, que es realmente una extensión del apartamento y constituye una magnífica zona de salón-comedor. Está parcialmente cubierta para poder comer a la sombra y ofrece vistas sobre los tejados hasta el mar. La terraza cuenta con una mesa con capacidad para 6 personas y dos elegantes sofás. Es un espacio ideal para pasar tiempo con amigos o en familia.
En el interior, hay una bonita cocina abierta con armarios empotrados de madera blanca y otra mesa de comedor con seis sillas. La cocina está bien equipada con placa de inducción, nevera y congelador. Una puerta acristalada da acceso a la terraza.

Dormitorio 1: Un dormitorio soleado con dos camas individuales, un armario y un televisor con reproductor de DVD.
Dormitorio 2: Este dormitorio, luminoso y espacioso, cuenta con dos camas individuales y un armario.

El cuarto de baño dispone de una amplia ducha acristalada, bidé, lavabo e inodoro.

Ubicación
Este apartamento se encuentra en la zona de Vittoria Apuana, en Forte dei Marmi, cerca de las hermosas playas de Versilia. En las inmediaciones hay excelentes bares y restaurantes, así como tiendas y servicios.
Si consigues alejarte del mar y la arena, hay muchos lugares maravillosos que visitar en las cercanías. Pisa, con su famosa Torre Inclinada, está a solo 50 minutos. La ciudad cuenta con un mercado diario (excepto los domingos), el Mercato delle Vettovaglie, en la Piazza Vettovaglie. Aquí podrás adquirir deliciosos productos locales. Pisa también cuenta con un mercadillo el segundo fin de semana del mes. En la Piazza delle Cavaliere, el mercadillo es un auténtico tesoro lleno de joyas ocultas.
La impresionante ciudad de Lucca está a solo 35 minutos. No te puedes perder sus imponentes murallas renacentistas. Puedes alquilar una bicicleta y dar una vuelta por las murallas. La plaza central circular también merece una visita. Es uno de los destinos más bonitos de la Toscana.
El aeropuerto internacional más cercano es el de Pisa, a solo 45 minutos del apartamento.
Lamentablemente, no se admiten mascotas en este alojamiento.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Wohnung, weil uns die Lage und die Terrasse beim ersten Mal schon begeistert hat. Der Aufenthalt war wieder sehr schön und unproblematisch. Empfang und Abreise waren gut organisiert, das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei! Leider ist der Wasserdruck im dritten Stock etwas schwach. Bei der Ausstattung gibt es immer Kleinigkeiten, die man vermisst, im Großen und Ganzen ist die Wohnung aber gut ausgestattet. Am Wichtigsten aus unserer Sicht wäre noch eine Mikrowelle. Schön, wenn diese beim vielleicht nächsten Mal da wäre.

The location is good. But minuses : 1. Air conditioner and privacy. The apartment has three separate rooms and only ONE room has an air conditioner. We stayed with a kid and for us it was crucial to have a separate room. As a result we had to keep all the doors open (there were extremely hot in each room inside) 2. It was dirty. After the check-in we played with a kid on the floor and I was shocked looking at our knees after. They were fully brown 3. The situation with the Wi-Fi was insane! An agency left us a device with poor internet to post photos as a maximum 4. Communication was bad, it felt like we are renting not a private property from the owner, but an apartment from the rental agency. The most disappointing point was that we were not informed about the beach renting rules. The apartment is for beach vacations only, there is nothing else to do there. But if you didn't rent a tent on the beach in advance, you are not able to have a rest on the seaside not far from the apartment
