Live “la dolce vita” in this charming, 4th-floor apartment with a spacious terrace, just a few steps from the beach. This 2-bedroom flat sleeps 4 people in comfort. It is tastefully decorated and has everything guests might need for a relaxing stay. The highlight is the stunning terrace which is really an extension of the apartment and makes a gorgeous living/dining area. It is partially covered for shaded dining and offers views over the rooftops to the sea. The terrace has a table that seats 6 people and two stylish sofas. It is an ideal space to spend time with friends or family. Inside there is a pretty open-plan kitchen with fitted white wooden cabinets and another dining table with 6 chairs. The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, fridge, freeze. A glass door leads out the terrace. Sleeping Bedroom 1: A sunny bedroom with 2 single beds, a wardrobe and a TV with a DVD player Bedroom 2: This bright and airy bedroom has 2 single beds with a wardrobe. Bathroom The bathroom has a large glass shower, bidet, basin and WC Additional • Free Wifi • Central heating • Washing machine • Books library • Hair dryer • Public parking, a car is recommended • Pets not allowed • A daily charge of €10 for electricity and air conditioning needs to be paid in advance. Location This apartment is in the Vittoria Apuana area of Forte Dei Marmi, close to the beautiful beaches of Versilia. There are excellent bars and restaurants close by, as well as shops and amenities. If you can tear yourself away from the sea and sand, there are many wonderful places to visit nearby. Pisa, with its famous Leaning Tower, is just 50 minutes away. The city has a daily (except Sunday) market, the Mercato delle Vettovaglie, in the Piazza Vettovaglie. Here you can pick up delicious local produce. Pisa also has a flea market on the second weekend of the month. In Piazza delle Cavaliere, the market is a treasure trove full of hidden gems. The stunning city of Luca is just 35 minutes away. Its massive Renaissance walls are not to be missed. You can hire a bicycle and ride around the ramparts. The central circular piazza is also worth a visit. It is one of Tuscany’s most beautiful destinations. The closest international airport is at Pisa, just 45 minutes from the apartment.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Wohnung, weil uns die Lage und die Terrasse beim ersten Mal schon begeistert hat. Der Aufenthalt war wieder sehr schön und unproblematisch. Empfang und Abreise waren gut organisiert, das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei! Leider ist der Wasserdruck im dritten Stock etwas schwach. Bei der Ausstattung gibt es immer Kleinigkeiten, die man vermisst, im Großen und Ganzen ist die Wohnung aber gut ausgestattet. Am Wichtigsten aus unserer Sicht wäre noch eine Mikrowelle. Schön, wenn diese beim vielleicht nächsten Mal da wäre.

The location is good. But minuses : 1. Air conditioner and privacy. The apartment has three separate rooms and only ONE room has an air conditioner. We stayed with a kid and for us it was crucial to have a separate room. As a result we had to keep all the doors open (there were extremely hot in each room inside) 2. It was dirty. After the check-in we played with a kid on the floor and I was shocked looking at our knees after. They were fully brown 3. The situation with the Wi-Fi was insane! An agency left us a device with poor internet to post photos as a maximum 4. Communication was bad, it felt like we are renting not a private property from the owner, but an apartment from the rental agency. The most disappointing point was that we were not informed about the beach renting rules. The apartment is for beach vacations only, there is nothing else to do there. But if you didn't rent a tent on the beach in advance, you are not able to have a rest on the seaside not far from the apartment
