Questo appartamento con 2 camere da letto può ospitare 4 persone in tutta comodità. È arredato con gusto e dispone di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno rilassante. Il punto forte è la splendida terrazza, che è davvero un'estensione dell'appartamento e costituisce una splendida zona soggiorno/pranzo. È parzialmente coperta per mangiare all'ombra e offre una vista sui tetti fino al mare. La terrazza dispone di un tavolo per 6 persone e di due eleganti divani. È uno spazio ideale per trascorrere del tempo con gli amici o la famiglia. All'interno si trova una graziosa cucina a pianta aperta con armadietti in legno bianco e un altro tavolo da pranzo con 6 sedie. La cucina è ben attrezzata con piano cottura a induzione, frigorifero, congelatore. Una porta a vetri conduce alla terrazza. Nelle vicinanze si trovano ottimi bar e ristoranti, oltre a negozi e servizi. Se riuscite a staccarvi dal mare e dalla sabbia, ci sono molti luoghi meravigliosi da visitare nelle vicinanze. Pisa, con la sua famosa Torre Pendente, è a soli 50 minuti di distanza. La città ha un mercato giornaliero (tranne la domenica), il Mercato delle Vettovaglie, in Piazza Vettovaglie. Qui potrete acquistare deliziosi prodotti locali. Pisa ha anche un mercato delle pulci il secondo fine settimana del mese. In Piazza delle Cavaliere, il mercato è un tesoro pieno di gemme nascoste. La splendida città di Luca è a soli 35 minuti di distanza. Le sue imponenti mura rinascimentali sono da non perdere. È possibile noleggiare una bicicletta e fare il giro dei bastioni. Anche la piazza centrale circolare merita una visita. È una delle destinazioni più belle della Toscana. L'aeroporto internazionale più vicino è quello di Pisa, a soli 45 minuti dall'appartamento.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Wohnung, weil uns die Lage und die Terrasse beim ersten Mal schon begeistert hat. Der Aufenthalt war wieder sehr schön und unproblematisch. Empfang und Abreise waren gut organisiert, das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei! Leider ist der Wasserdruck im dritten Stock etwas schwach. Bei der Ausstattung gibt es immer Kleinigkeiten, die man vermisst, im Großen und Ganzen ist die Wohnung aber gut ausgestattet. Am Wichtigsten aus unserer Sicht wäre noch eine Mikrowelle. Schön, wenn diese beim vielleicht nächsten Mal da wäre.

The location is good. But minuses : 1. Air conditioner and privacy. The apartment has three separate rooms and only ONE room has an air conditioner. We stayed with a kid and for us it was crucial to have a separate room. As a result we had to keep all the doors open (there were extremely hot in each room inside) 2. It was dirty. After the check-in we played with a kid on the floor and I was shocked looking at our knees after. They were fully brown 3. The situation with the Wi-Fi was insane! An agency left us a device with poor internet to post photos as a maximum 4. Communication was bad, it felt like we are renting not a private property from the owner, but an apartment from the rental agency. The most disappointing point was that we were not informed about the beach renting rules. The apartment is for beach vacations only, there is nothing else to do there. But if you didn't rent a tent on the beach in advance, you are not able to have a rest on the seaside not far from the apartment
