Vivez "la dolce vita" dans ce charmant appartement du 4ème étage avec une terrasse spacieuse, à quelques pas de la plage. Cet appartement de 2 chambres à coucher peut accueillir 4 personnes dans le confort. Il est décoré avec goût et dispose de tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour un séjour relaxant. Le point fort de l'appartement est sa superbe terrasse, qui est en fait une extension de l'appartement et constitue un superbe espace salon/salle à manger. Elle est partiellement couverte pour des repas à l'ombre et offre des vues sur les toits et la mer. La terrasse dispose d'une table pouvant accueillir 6 personnes et de deux canapés élégants. C'est un espace idéal pour passer du temps entre amis ou en famille. À l'intérieur, vous trouverez une jolie cuisine ouverte avec des armoires en bois blanc et une autre table à manger avec 6 chaises. La cuisine est bien équipée avec une plaque à induction, un réfrigérateur, un congélateur. Une porte vitrée donne accès à la terrasse. Dormir Chambre à coucher 1 : Une chambre ensoleillée avec 2 lits simples, une armoire et une télévision avec un lecteur DVD. Chambre 2 : Cette chambre lumineuse et aérée dispose de 2 lits simples et d'une armoire. Salle de bains La salle de bains est équipée d'une grande douche en verre, d'un bidet, d'un lavabo et de toilettes. Supplémentaire - Wifi gratuit - Chauffage central - Lave-linge - Bibliothèque - Sèche-cheveux - Parking public, une voiture est recommandée - Animaux de compagnie ne sont pas admis - Des frais quotidiens de 10 € pour l'électricité et la climatisation doivent être payés à l'avance. Emplacement Cet appartement se trouve dans le quartier Vittoria Apuana de Forte Dei Marmi, à proximité des belles plages de la Versilia. Vous trouverez d'excellents bars et restaurants à proximité, ainsi que des magasins et des commodités. Si vous parvenez à vous détacher de la mer et du sable, vous pourrez visiter de nombreux endroits merveilleux dans les environs. Pise, avec sa célèbre Tour Penchée, est à seulement 50 minutes. La ville possède un marché quotidien (sauf le dimanche), le Mercato delle Vettovaglie, sur la Piazza Vettovaglie. Vous pourrez y acheter de délicieux produits locaux. Pise a également un marché aux puces le deuxième week-end du mois. Sur la Piazza delle Cavaliere, le marché est une véritable mine d'or de joyaux cachés. La superbe ville de Luca n'est qu'à 35 minutes. Ses murs massifs de la Renaissance sont à ne pas manquer. Vous pouvez louer un vélo et faire le tour des remparts. La piazza centrale circulaire mérite également une visite. C'est l'une des plus belles destinations de Toscane. L'aéroport international le plus proche se trouve à Pise, à 45 minutes de l'appartement.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Wohnung, weil uns die Lage und die Terrasse beim ersten Mal schon begeistert hat. Der Aufenthalt war wieder sehr schön und unproblematisch. Empfang und Abreise waren gut organisiert, das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei! Leider ist der Wasserdruck im dritten Stock etwas schwach. Bei der Ausstattung gibt es immer Kleinigkeiten, die man vermisst, im Großen und Ganzen ist die Wohnung aber gut ausgestattet. Am Wichtigsten aus unserer Sicht wäre noch eine Mikrowelle. Schön, wenn diese beim vielleicht nächsten Mal da wäre.

The location is good. But minuses : 1. Air conditioner and privacy. The apartment has three separate rooms and only ONE room has an air conditioner. We stayed with a kid and for us it was crucial to have a separate room. As a result we had to keep all the doors open (there were extremely hot in each room inside) 2. It was dirty. After the check-in we played with a kid on the floor and I was shocked looking at our knees after. They were fully brown 3. The situation with the Wi-Fi was insane! An agency left us a device with poor internet to post photos as a maximum 4. Communication was bad, it felt like we are renting not a private property from the owner, but an apartment from the rental agency. The most disappointing point was that we were not informed about the beach renting rules. The apartment is for beach vacations only, there is nothing else to do there. But if you didn't rent a tent on the beach in advance, you are not able to have a rest on the seaside not far from the apartment
