Nuestro flamante apartamento ático de 2 dormitorios, con capacidad para hasta 6 personas, está situado en el centro de Arco. Sus amplios espacios interiores, su diseño minimalista y elegante, y comodidades tan apreciadas como el wifi gratuito y el aparcamiento privado para bicicletas hacen de este apartamento un alojamiento cómodo y sin preocupaciones, ideal para una estancia con cocina propia. Desde aquí, los huéspedes pueden disfrutar sin esfuerzo de las numerosas atracciones de Arco, así como del lago de Garda: los rocódromos y otras joyas famosas como Riva, Torbole y Malcesine se encuentran a entre 10 y 15 minutos en coche.
En el interior, el salón diáfano cuenta con un gran sofá cama, un televisor de pantalla plana de gran tamaño, una mesa de comedor para 5 personas, así como una cocina totalmente equipada y renovada para garantizar que encuentres todo lo que necesitas. Dispone de lavavajillas, nevera con congelador, cafetera de filtro, placa de inducción, hervidor eléctrico y tostadora.
También hay una enorme terraza en el patio interior con vistas al castillo, que te invita a quedarte un rato en cualquier momento o simplemente a relajarte tras un día ajetreado escalando en Arco o montando en bicicleta por la orilla del lago de Garda.

Dormitorio 1: Un dormitorio amplio y luminoso con una cama de matrimonio, lámparas de lectura junto a la cama, mesa, silla, ventana doble y armario.
Dormitorio 2: Un dormitorio con dos camas individuales, igualmente amplio y cómodo, con lámparas de lectura junto a la cama, mesa, silla, ventana y armario.
Extra: El sofá del salón se convierte en una cama doble para que duerman cómodamente dos huéspedes.

Cuarto de baño: El cuarto de baño, amplio y totalmente nuevo, cuenta con ducha, lavabo con espejo, inodoro y bidé, y una puerta que da a la terraza.

Ubicación
El apartamento vacacional, situado en la tercera planta, goza de una ubicación céntrica en la histórica localidad de Arco, desde donde se puede llegar al antiguo castillo de Arco y al Arboreto de Arco en tan solo 10-15 minutos a pie. El barrio, que cuenta con todos los servicios, facilita enormemente una estancia independiente, y desde aquí se puede llegar a restaurantes, cafeterías, heladerías y un supermercado en menos de 5 minutos. También hay un aparcamiento público cercano, a 10 minutos a pie del apartamento.
Para practicar escalada en Arco, hay muchas «falesias» (gimnasios de escalada) a unos 6-8 minutos en coche. Por su parte, para quienes busquen aventuras históricas, el Convento de Santa María de Arco, los frescos del siglo XIV de Sant’Apollinare y palacios de los siglos XVI y XVII, como el Palazzo Marchetti y el Palazzo dei Panni, se encuentran todos a menos de 5 minutos a pie de aquí.
Los amantes de la naturaleza y los entusiastas del deporte de la zona del lago de Garda pueden practicar senderismo, ciclismo y escalada en cualquiera de las pintorescas rutas que rodean Torbole-Nago (a 10 minutos en coche). También pueden disfrutar de famosas playas como Spiaggia Sabbioni, Spiaggia Pini y Spiaggia Torbole, situadas a entre 10 y 15 minutos en coche. En invierno, también se puede practicar esquí en las montañas cercanas que rodean el lago de Garda. Para excursiones de un día, Riva del Garda y el lago de Tenno se encuentran a entre 15 y 20 minutos de aquí.
El aeropuerto internacional más cercano es el de Verona, situado a unos 70 minutos en coche de este alojamiento vacacional en Arco.
Lamentablemente, no se admiten mascotas en este alojamiento.

We felt right at home in this AirBnB. Altough it was a very warm weekend (around 30°C) it stayed very nice and cool in the attic appartment. Everything in Arco is in walkable distance, nice restaurants, bars, cafés, shops etc. There is a parking lot free of charge close by. We´d definitely come back to this AirBnB next time we visit Arco!

Really well done up apartment with all things you would need for a stay. Lovely views of the castle on the roof terrace and just 2 minutes from the town square and all the restaurants, bars and shopping, but it never felt busy at all. It was superb and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Arco itself is beautiful but it’s very easy to get to Lake Garda too.

The accommodation was situated in the beautiful centre of Arco. There are a lot of restaurants and souvenirshops within a 5 minute walk. Additionally, there are a lot of fun activities to do and places to see.

The place is very well located in the historical center of Arco. The terrace is very nice with a view on the castle but very close to the neighbours. The property is managed by an agency which means professional but also somewhat impersonal. It is very well equipped for cooking and eating in.

Overall a good experience. Room for improvement: supply more than one dishwashing tablet. Provide more garbage bags and with a stronger quality, especially because the recycling ♻️ station is 200 meters away. Have a few more stable kitchen items like pepper, sugar, flour, spices etc. so it’s easier to cook a meal without doing a lot of basic shopping.🛒

Great place overall. Perfect location (free parking 5 min walk away across the river). Lovely balcony and comfy beds. Good value for money overall. Some things were not ideal. No salt/pepper/oil/foil/cling film in kitchen. Nothing perishable in the kitchen at all really which was a shame. Not even the basics. Also only 2 small toilet rolls were provided for 4 people and 5 days. Be sure to bring/buy your own. And finally the bathroom door had no lock and the curtain is extremely see-through so people on the balcony/neighbours can see you doing your business.

Schön gelegene Wohnung mit toller Dachterrasse. Definitiv nur für 4 Personen geeignet (Schlafcouch sperrt sonst das gesamte Wohn/Esszimmer). Betten sind sehr weich und Küche ist nur mit einfachen Kochutensilien ausgestattet (keine Pfeffermühle, keine scharfen Messer, kein Backofen). Lage top in der Altstadt.
