Il nostro nuovissimo appartamento mansardato con 2 camere da letto per un massimo di 6 ospiti si trova nel centro di Arco. Gli interni spaziosi, il design minimalista ed elegante e i servizi desiderabili come la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita e il parcheggio privato per le biciclette fanno di questo appartamento una base comoda e spensierata per l'autogestione. Da qui gli ospiti possono godersi le numerose attrazioni di Arco e del Lago di Garda: palestre di roccia e altre famose perle come Riva, Torbole e Malcesine sono raggiungibili in 10-15 minuti di auto. All'interno, il soggiorno aperto ha un grande divano letto, una grande TV a schermo piatto, una sala da pranzo per 5 persone e una cucina completamente attrezzata e rinnovata per garantirvi tutto il necessario. Sono disponibili lavastoviglie, frigorifero con congelatore, macchina da caffè con filtro, piano cottura a induzione, bollitore elettrico e tostapane. C'è anche un'enorme terrazza nel cortile interno con vista sul castello, che invita a soffermarsi in qualsiasi momento o semplicemente a rilassarsi dopo un'intensa giornata di arrampicata ad Arco o in bicicletta sulle rive del Lago di Garda. Dormire Camera da letto 1: Un'ampia e luminosa camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, luci da lettura, tavolo, sedia, doppia finestra e armadio. Camera da letto 2: una camera doppia altrettanto grande e confortevole con luci di lettura, tavolo, sedia, finestra e armadio. Extra: Il divano del soggiorno si trasforma in un letto matrimoniale per ospitare comodamente 2 persone. Bagno Bagno: L'ampio e nuovissimo bagno è dotato di doccia, lavandino con specchio, WC e bidet e porta sulla terrazza. Ulteriori - Wi-Fi gratuito - 39 gradini esterni - Adatto ai bambini - Parcheggio pubblico - Parcheggio per biciclette (cortile interno) - Asciugacapelli - Riscaldamento centralizzato - Smaltimento dei rifiuti - Adatto agli anziani Posizione L'appartamento per vacanze al terzo piano è situato in posizione centrale nella storica città di Arco, da cui l'antico Castello di Arco e l'Arboreto di Arco distano solo 10-15 minuti a piedi. Il quartiere ben servito dell'appartamento facilita notevolmente il soggiorno autonomo e in 5 minuti si possono raggiungere ristoranti, caffè, gelaterie e un supermercato. Anche il parcheggio pubblico è vicino, a 10 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. Per l'arrampicata su roccia ad Arco, molte falesias (palestre di roccia) sono a 6-8 minuti di auto. Per le avventure storiche, invece, il Convento di Santa Maria, gli affreschi trecenteschi di Sant'Apollinare e i palazzi del XVI-XVII secolo come Palazzo Marchetti e Palazzo dei Panni sono tutti a 5 minuti a piedi. Gli amanti della natura e dello sport del Garda possono fare escursioni a piedi, in bicicletta e arrampicate in uno dei pittoreschi sentieri intorno a Torbole-Nago (10 minuti di auto). Oppure, possono godere di spiagge famose come Spiaggia Sabbioni, Spiaggia Pini e Spiaggia Torbole a 10-15 minuti di auto. In inverno si può anche sciare sulle vicine montagne che circondano il Lago di Garda. Per le escursioni giornaliere, Riva del Garda e il Lago di Tenno distano 15-20 minuti. L'aeroporto internazionale più vicino è quello di Verona, a circa 70 minuti di auto da questa casa vacanze ad Arco.

Really well done up apartment with all things you would need for a stay. Lovely views of the castle on the roof terrace and just 2 minutes from the town square and all the restaurants, bars and shopping, but it never felt busy at all. It was superb and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Arco itself is beautiful but it’s very easy to get to Lake Garda too.

The accommodation was situated in the beautiful centre of Arco. There are a lot of restaurants and souvenirshops within a 5 minute walk. Additionally, there are a lot of fun activities to do and places to see.

The place is very well located in the historical center of Arco. The terrace is very nice with a view on the castle but very close to the neighbours. The property is managed by an agency which means professional but also somewhat impersonal. It is very well equipped for cooking and eating in.

We had a perfect stay! The apartment has a lot of space and is perfectly located in a quiet street in the old part of town. The only mistake we made was not to stay longer :)

Overall a good experience. Room for improvement: supply more than one dishwashing tablet. Provide more garbage bags and with a stronger quality, especially because the recycling ♻️ station is 200 meters away. Have a few more stable kitchen items like pepper, sugar, flour, spices etc. so it’s easier to cook a meal without doing a lot of basic shopping.🛒

Great place overall. Perfect location (free parking 5 min walk away across the river). Lovely balcony and comfy beds. Good value for money overall. Some things were not ideal. No salt/pepper/oil/foil/cling film in kitchen. Nothing perishable in the kitchen at all really which was a shame. Not even the basics. Also only 2 small toilet rolls were provided for 4 people and 5 days. Be sure to bring/buy your own. And finally the bathroom door had no lock and the curtain is extremely see-through so people on the balcony/neighbours can see you doing your business.

Schön gelegene Wohnung mit toller Dachterrasse. Definitiv nur für 4 Personen geeignet (Schlafcouch sperrt sonst das gesamte Wohn/Esszimmer). Betten sind sehr weich und Küche ist nur mit einfachen Kochutensilien ausgestattet (keine Pfeffermühle, keine scharfen Messer, kein Backofen). Lage top in der Altstadt.
