Notre tout nouvel appartement mansardé de 2 chambres à coucher pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes est situé dans le centre d'Arco. Des intérieurs spacieux, un design minimaliste et élégant et des équipements comme le Wi-Fi gratuit et un parking privé pour les vélos font de cet appartement un lieu de séjour confortable et sans souci. De là, vous pourrez profiter sans effort des nombreuses attractions d'Arco et du lac de Garde : les salles d'escalade et les autres perles célèbres comme Riva, Torbole et Malcesine sont à 10-15 minutes de route. À l'intérieur, le salon ouvert dispose d'un grand canapé-lit, d'une grande télévision à écran plat, d'une salle à manger pour 5 personnes ainsi que d'une cuisine entièrement équipée et rénovée pour que vous trouviez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Un lave-vaisselle, un réfrigérateur avec congélateur, une cafetière à filtre, une plaque à induction, une bouilloire électrique et un grille-pain sont disponibles. Il y a également une immense terrasse dans la cour intérieure avec vue sur le château, qui vous invite à vous attarder à tout moment ou à vous détendre après une journée bien remplie à faire de l'escalade à Arco ou du vélo sur les rives du lac de Garde. Dormir Chambre à coucher 1 : Une grande chambre lumineuse avec un lit double, des lampes de chevet, une table, une chaise, une fenêtre double et une armoire. Chambre 2 : Une chambre à deux lits tout aussi grande et confortable avec des lampes de chevet, une table, une chaise, une fenêtre et une armoire. Extra : Le canapé du salon se transforme en un lit double pour accueillir confortablement 2 personnes. Le quartier bien desservi de l'appartement facilite grandement un séjour en autonomie et des restaurants, cafés, gelaterias et un supermarché sont accessibles en 5 minutes. Un parking public est également à proximité, à 10 minutes de marche de l'appartement. Si vous souhaitez faire de l'escalade à Arco, de nombreuses "falesias" (salles d'escalade) se trouvent à 6-8 minutes en voiture. Pour les aventures historiques, le couvent de Santa Maria, les fresques du XIVe siècle de Sant' Apollinare et les palais des XVIe et XVIIe siècles comme le Palazzo Marchetti et le Palazzo dei Panni, sont tous à 5 minutes de marche. Les amoureux de la nature et les sportifs des environs de Garda peuvent faire de la randonnée, du vélo et de l'escalade sur l'un des sentiers pittoresques autour de Torbole-Nago (10 minutes de route). Ils peuvent aussi profiter de plages célèbres comme Spiaggia Sabbioni, Spiaggia Pini et Spiaggia Torbole à 10-15 minutes en voiture. En hiver, vous pourrez également faire du ski dans les montagnes voisines du lac de Garde. Pour les excursions d'une journée, Riva del Garda et Lago di Tenno sont à 15-20 minutes de là. L'aéroport international le plus proche est celui de Vérone, à environ 70 minutes de route de cette location de vacances à Arco.

Really well done up apartment with all things you would need for a stay. Lovely views of the castle on the roof terrace and just 2 minutes from the town square and all the restaurants, bars and shopping, but it never felt busy at all. It was superb and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Arco itself is beautiful but it’s very easy to get to Lake Garda too.

The accommodation was situated in the beautiful centre of Arco. There are a lot of restaurants and souvenirshops within a 5 minute walk. Additionally, there are a lot of fun activities to do and places to see.

The place is very well located in the historical center of Arco. The terrace is very nice with a view on the castle but very close to the neighbours. The property is managed by an agency which means professional but also somewhat impersonal. It is very well equipped for cooking and eating in.

Tolle Unterkunft mit absolut fantastischem Terrassenausblick auf die Burg von Arco. Als kletterer wollten wir mitten in der Stadt sein um den flair zu genießen, was unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen hat. wirklich super!

We had a perfect stay! The apartment has a lot of space and is perfectly located in a quiet street in the old part of town. The only mistake we made was not to stay longer :)

Overall a good experience. Room for improvement: supply more than one dishwashing tablet. Provide more garbage bags and with a stronger quality, especially because the recycling ♻️ station is 200 meters away. Have a few more stable kitchen items like pepper, sugar, flour, spices etc. so it’s easier to cook a meal without doing a lot of basic shopping.🛒

Great place overall. Perfect location (free parking 5 min walk away across the river). Lovely balcony and comfy beds. Good value for money overall. Some things were not ideal. No salt/pepper/oil/foil/cling film in kitchen. Nothing perishable in the kitchen at all really which was a shame. Not even the basics. Also only 2 small toilet rolls were provided for 4 people and 5 days. Be sure to bring/buy your own. And finally the bathroom door had no lock and the curtain is extremely see-through so people on the balcony/neighbours can see you doing your business.

Schön gelegene Wohnung mit toller Dachterrasse. Definitiv nur für 4 Personen geeignet (Schlafcouch sperrt sonst das gesamte Wohn/Esszimmer). Betten sind sehr weich und Küche ist nur mit einfachen Kochutensilien ausgestattet (keine Pfeffermühle, keine scharfen Messer, kein Backofen). Lage top in der Altstadt.
