Ons gloednieuwe zolderappartement met 2 slaapkamers, geschikt voor maximaal 6 gasten, ligt in het centrum van Arco. Ruime kamers, een minimalistisch en elegant design en handige voorzieningen zoals gratis wifi en een eigen fietsenstalling maken dit appartement tot een comfortabele en zorgeloze uitvalsbasis voor een zelfstandige vakantie. Van hieruit kunnen gasten moeiteloos genieten van de vele bezienswaardigheden van Arco en het Gardameer: klimhallen en andere beroemde pareltjes zoals Riva, Torbole en Malcesine liggen op slechts 10-15 minuten rijden.
Binnen beschikt de open woonkamer over een grote slaapbank, een grote flatscreen-tv, een eettafel voor 5 personen en een volledig uitgeruste en gerenoveerde keuken, zodat u alles vindt wat u nodig heeft. Er is een vaatwasser, een koelkast met vriesvak, een filterkoffiezetapparaat, een inductiekookplaat, een waterkoker en een broodrooster aanwezig.
Er is ook een enorm terras op de binnenplaats met uitzicht op het kasteel, dat u uitnodigt om op elk moment even te blijven hangen of gewoon te ontspannen na een drukke dag klimmen in Arco of fietsen langs de oever van het Gardameer.

Extra: De bank in de woonkamer kan worden uitgeklapt tot een tweepersoonsbed, zodat 2 gasten comfortabel kunnen slapen.

Locatie
Het vakantieappartement op de derde verdieping ligt op een centrale locatie in het historische stadje Arco, vanwaar het oude kasteel van Arco en het Arboretum van Arco op slechts 10 tot 15 minuten lopen liggen. De goed voorzieningenrijke buurt van het appartement maakt een verblijf op eigen gelegenheid zeer gemakkelijk, en restaurants, cafés, ijssalons en een supermarkt zijn vanaf hier binnen 5 minuten te bereiken. Er is ook openbare parkeergelegenheid in de buurt, op 10 minuten lopen van het appartement.
Voor rotsklimmen in Arco liggen er veel ‘falesias’ (klimhallen) op 6 tot 8 minuten rijden. Voor historische avonturen liggen het klooster van Santa Maria in Arco, de 14e-eeuwse fresco’s van Sant’Apollinare en 16e- en 17e-eeuwse paleizen zoals het Palazzo Marchetti en het Palazzo dei Panni allemaal op minder dan 5 minuten lopen van hier.
Natuurliefhebbers en sportliefhebbers in de omgeving van het Gardameer kunnen wandelen, fietsen en bergbeklimmen op een van de schilderachtige routes rond Torbole-Nago (10 minuten rijden). Of ze kunnen genieten van beroemde stranden zoals Spiaggia Sabbioni, Spiaggia Pini en Spiaggia Torbole, op 10-15 minuten rijden. In de winter kun je ook skiën in de nabijgelegen bergen rondom het Gardameer. Voor dagtripjes liggen Riva del Garda en het Lago di Tenno op 15-20 minuten rijden van hier.
De dichtstbijzijnde internationale luchthaven is Verona Airport, op ongeveer 70 minuten rijden van deze vakantiewoning in Arco.

We felt right at home in this AirBnB. Altough it was a very warm weekend (around 30°C) it stayed very nice and cool in the attic appartment. Everything in Arco is in walkable distance, nice restaurants, bars, cafés, shops etc. There is a parking lot free of charge close by. We´d definitely come back to this AirBnB next time we visit Arco!

Really well done up apartment with all things you would need for a stay. Lovely views of the castle on the roof terrace and just 2 minutes from the town square and all the restaurants, bars and shopping, but it never felt busy at all. It was superb and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Arco itself is beautiful but it’s very easy to get to Lake Garda too.

The place is very well located in the historical center of Arco. The terrace is very nice with a view on the castle but very close to the neighbours. The property is managed by an agency which means professional but also somewhat impersonal. It is very well equipped for cooking and eating in.

Overall a good experience. Room for improvement: supply more than one dishwashing tablet. Provide more garbage bags and with a stronger quality, especially because the recycling ♻️ station is 200 meters away. Have a few more stable kitchen items like pepper, sugar, flour, spices etc. so it’s easier to cook a meal without doing a lot of basic shopping.🛒

Great place overall. Perfect location (free parking 5 min walk away across the river). Lovely balcony and comfy beds. Good value for money overall. Some things were not ideal. No salt/pepper/oil/foil/cling film in kitchen. Nothing perishable in the kitchen at all really which was a shame. Not even the basics. Also only 2 small toilet rolls were provided for 4 people and 5 days. Be sure to bring/buy your own. And finally the bathroom door had no lock and the curtain is extremely see-through so people on the balcony/neighbours can see you doing your business.

Schön gelegene Wohnung mit toller Dachterrasse. Definitiv nur für 4 Personen geeignet (Schlafcouch sperrt sonst das gesamte Wohn/Esszimmer). Betten sind sehr weich und Küche ist nur mit einfachen Kochutensilien ausgestattet (keine Pfeffermühle, keine scharfen Messer, kein Backofen). Lage top in der Altstadt.
