Are the prices shown on Happy.Rentals per person or per room?-
Prices are always shown for the entire accommodation. They do not depend on the number of guests unless a tourist tax applies.
What does the price include?+
The rental price includes the accommodation and local taxes. Additional costs like the service fee and the damage waiver are shown separately. The tourist tax may be included or paid locally, depending on the country.
Do I need to pay a damage deposit?+
In most cases, no. We include a damage waiver instead of a deposit to make your stay worry-free. However, a deposit may be required for certain destinations and groups aged under 21 years old.
How do I receive the check-in instructions and address?+
After full payment, you'll receive an email with the exact address, check-in instructions, and local contact details.
Can I bring my pet?+
Many of our properties are pet-friendly! Just check the listing to confirm and don’t forget to mention your pet when booking.
