Situation L'appartement est idéalement situé pour tous ceux qui souhaitent explorer cette ville fascinante. Il se trouve à 3 minutes de marche de la Porta Soprana, l'une des anciennes portes de Gênes, en bordure du "Centro Storico". La glorieuse cathédrale romane San Lorenzo se trouve à 9 minutes de marche et la Piazza del Ferrari à 6 minutes. La station de métro Sarzano se trouve à 7 minutes de marche de l'appartement, ce qui facilite les déplacements dans la ville. D'autres musées et galeries sont facilement accessibles à pied. Gênes est réputée pour sa gastronomie et compte de nombreux restaurants excellents pour tous les budgets. Pour apprécier pleinement la ville et sa cuisine, le meilleur marché est le Mercato Orientale dans la Via XX Settembre (10 minutes à pied). Sinon, il y a des marchés de rue tous les jours dans la majeure partie de la ville. La zone portuaire animée, le Porto Antico di Genova, se trouve à 15 minutes de marche de l'appartement. Il s'agit d'un grand espace culturel proposant des événements, des restaurants, des boutiques et une piscine extérieure. L'aquarium moderne de Gênes mérite également une visite (16 minutes de marche). L'aéroport international de Gênes se trouve à 15 minutes en voiture de l'appartement.

The house is pretty new and modern, it has all the essential and it is very comfortable as it is located right in the center of Genova, so if you like walking… It is perfect! I was working at the Acquario and it took me approx 10 min to get there. I enjoyed eating at Trattoria Ugo and Cavour 21, I truly recommend these restos!!

We stayed here for a week and were incredibly impressed with the apartment. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the center of town, making it easy to get everywhere. The apartment itself is very spacious and was spotlessly clean upon our arrival. We loved how well-equipped it was; the full kitchen with a dishwasher, plus the washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities, made our week-long stay extremely comfortable and convenient. We did have one issue where the coffee machine was missing, apparently stolen by a previous guest. It took the local team three days to get us a replacement. While this was a bit slow, we were very appreciative that they did follow through and solve the problem. For future improvements, a microwave in the kitchen would be a great addition. Also, a note for future guests: toiletries are not provided, so be sure to bring your own (this wasn't an issue for us, as we brought ours). Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this apartment for its location and excellent facilities.

Posizione centrale ottima per la visita della città e con una breve passeggiata siamo arrivati all'acquario. Appartamento ristrutturato nuovo in grattacielo storico della città, gestito da una società chiamata Happy rentals che fa tutto online.. Nel palazzo c'è un portinaio per 24 h, molto apprezzato, che ci ha aiutato a trovare l'appartamento. Vicinissimo al parcheggio city park e di fronte alla casa di Cristoforo Colombo.
