Het ligt op slechts 3 minuten lopen van de Porta Soprana, een van de oude poorten van Genua, aan de rand van het "Centro Storico". De schitterende Romaanse San Lorenzo kathedraal ligt op 9 minuten lopen en het Piazza del Ferrari ligt op slechts 6 minuten lopen. Het metrostation Sarzano ligt op slechts 7 minuten lopen van het appartement, dus de stad verkennen is een fluitje van een cent. Andere musea en galeries liggen op loopafstand. Genua staat bekend om zijn heerlijke eten en heeft vele uitstekende restaurants voor elk budget. Om de stad en het eten ten volle te waarderen, is de beste markt de Mercato Orientale in Via XX Settembre (10 minuten lopen). Verder zijn er elke dag straatmarkten in het grootste deel van de stad. Het levendige havengebied, de Porto Antico di Genova, ligt op 15 minuten lopen van het appartement. Dit is een grote culturele ruimte met evenementen, restaurants, winkels en een buitenzwembad. Het moderne Aquarium van Genua is ook een bezoek waard (16 minuten lopen). De internationale luchthaven van Genua ligt op slechts 15 minuten rijden van het appartement.

The house is pretty new and modern, it has all the essential and it is very comfortable as it is located right in the center of Genova, so if you like walking… It is perfect! I was working at the Acquario and it took me approx 10 min to get there. I enjoyed eating at Trattoria Ugo and Cavour 21, I truly recommend these restos!!

We stayed here for a week and were incredibly impressed with the apartment. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the center of town, making it easy to get everywhere. The apartment itself is very spacious and was spotlessly clean upon our arrival. We loved how well-equipped it was; the full kitchen with a dishwasher, plus the washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities, made our week-long stay extremely comfortable and convenient. We did have one issue where the coffee machine was missing, apparently stolen by a previous guest. It took the local team three days to get us a replacement. While this was a bit slow, we were very appreciative that they did follow through and solve the problem. For future improvements, a microwave in the kitchen would be a great addition. Also, a note for future guests: toiletries are not provided, so be sure to bring your own (this wasn't an issue for us, as we brought ours). Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this apartment for its location and excellent facilities.

Posizione centrale ottima per la visita della città e con una breve passeggiata siamo arrivati all'acquario. Appartamento ristrutturato nuovo in grattacielo storico della città, gestito da una società chiamata Happy rentals che fa tutto online.. Nel palazzo c'è un portinaio per 24 h, molto apprezzato, che ci ha aiutato a trovare l'appartamento. Vicinissimo al parcheggio city park e di fronte alla casa di Cristoforo Colombo.
