Location The apartment is in an ideal location for anyone who wants to explore this fascinating city. It is just a 3-minute walk from the Porta Soprana, one of Genova’s ancient gateways, on the edge of the “Centro Storico”. The glorious Romanesque San Lorenzo Cathedral is a 9-minute walk, and Piazza del Ferrari is only a 6-minute walk. Sarzano metro station is just a 7-minute walk from the apartment, so getting around the city is a breeze. Other museums and galleries are within easy walking distance. Genoa is famous for its fine food and has many excellent restaurants to suit all budgets. To fully appreciate the city and its food, the best market is the Mercato Orientale in Via XX Settembre (10-minute walk). Otherwise, there are street markets every day across most of the city. The lively port area, the Porto Antico di Genova, is a 15-minute walk from the apartment. This is a large cultural space with events, restaurants, shops and an outdoor swimming pool. The modern Aquarium of Genova is also worth a visit (16-minute walk). Genova’s International Airport is just a 15-minute drive from the apartment.

We stayed here for a week and were incredibly impressed with the apartment. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the center of town, making it easy to get everywhere. The apartment itself is very spacious and was spotlessly clean upon our arrival. We loved how well-equipped it was; the full kitchen with a dishwasher, plus the washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities, made our week-long stay extremely comfortable and convenient. We did have one issue where the coffee machine was missing, apparently stolen by a previous guest. It took the local team three days to get us a replacement. While this was a bit slow, we were very appreciative that they did follow through and solve the problem. For future improvements, a microwave in the kitchen would be a great addition. Also, a note for future guests: toiletries are not provided, so be sure to bring your own (this wasn't an issue for us, as we brought ours). Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this apartment for its location and excellent facilities.

Posizione centrale ottima per la visita della città e con una breve passeggiata siamo arrivati all'acquario. Appartamento ristrutturato nuovo in grattacielo storico della città, gestito da una società chiamata Happy rentals che fa tutto online.. Nel palazzo c'è un portinaio per 24 h, molto apprezzato, che ci ha aiutato a trovare l'appartamento. Vicinissimo al parcheggio city park e di fronte alla casa di Cristoforo Colombo.
