Diese gemütliche Wohnung im fünften Stock bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen und ist modern eingerichtet mit einem lichtdurchfluteten Wohnzimmer und einer voll ausgestatteten Küchenecke, in der Sie sich während Ihres Urlaubs entspannen und erholen können. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über bequeme Sofas, eine Büchersammlung und einen Flachbildfernseher. Die offene Küchenecke ist mit allen wichtigen Utensilien ausgestattet, um Ihnen das Kochen und Essen zu erleichtern. Es gibt einen Geschirrspüler, eine Kaffeemaschine (Dolcegusto), ein Induktionskochfeld, einen Toaster und einen Kühlschrank, um hausgemachte Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten, die Sie dann auf dem Balkon mit friedlichem Panoramablick auf die Berge genießen können. Dieses Feriendomizil verfügt über einen Skiraum. Schlafzimmer Schlafzimmer 1: Das elegante Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett. Standort Diese Ferienwohnung verfügt über viele Annehmlichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, um einen reibungslosen Urlaub mit Selbstverpflegung zu ermöglichen. Eine Vielzahl von Restaurants, Pizzerien, Bistros, Bars und sogar der Bahnhof Aiguille du Midi sind nur 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Außerdem befindet sich die nächste Bar gleich nebenan! Auch der Gare du Montenvers, eine wichtige Touristenattraktion, und die Compagnie du Mont Blanc, die zu den Eisgrotten und Gletscherseen führt, sind von hier aus in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch die Skilifte Le Brevent und Planpraz sind von hier aus in nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wer sich in der Natur entspannen möchte, kann im Parc de Merlet in nur 20 Autominuten die Fauna der Region kennen lernen. Die Gäste können von hier aus auch Abenteuerparks besuchen, wie den Accro Adventure Park, der nur 5 Autominuten entfernt ist. Die Parkplätze werden in der Reihenfolge des Eingangs vergeben, und die Verfügbarkeit wird nicht garantiert.

Lovely spot! Cosy, well thought out space that is close to amenities, town and transport, will amazing views from the balcony. Easy to check in and out also. Would have been nice to have a few kitchen things like oil and salt etc but over all great stay!

Siisti pieni huoneisto hyvällä sijannilla. Lyhyt kävelymatka Happy Rentalsin toimistolle, joten avainten palautus ja nouto onnistui hyvin. Lähimpään ruokakauppaan myös lyhyt matka. Ilmainen pysäköinti talon vieressä. Kauniit maisemat parvekkeelta. Happy Rentals toimitti hyvät ohjeet etukäteen sekä myös majoittumisen aikana. He myös vastasivat nopeasti kysymyksiin. Viihdyimme erittäin hyvin huoneistossa ja Chamonixissa.

Very cute and cozy place. The management was very friendly and provided some good information about getting around. The view is opposite of Mont Blanc but still incredibly peaceful and bucolic. Across the street from the bus station - super convenient. 5 minute walk to the Aiguille du Midi.

Super warm welcome upon arrival! I felt right at home straight away. For a solo traveller, this was really appreciated. Thank you for the advice on the local area too! The apartment was lovely. Really cosy & had everything I needed for a short peaceful stay. The views are impeccable. Super quiet too. And (!) right in front of the bus stop! Not that it was needed as the location was perfect, but in terms of ease for airport transfers, perfecto. Looking forward to the next visit already! Only thing I would mention… WiFi isn’t easily accessible - unsure if I perhaps missed something! Nowhere in the apartment was there a clear sign or mention of it being available.

Property was as described and pictured. The location is ideal right near the main bus stop and short walk to everything in town. We had a great stay and loved the little balcony and views. Very well set up for a ski trip with ski storage in the basement. Kitchen is small but has everything you need to cook an easy meal.

In general, it’s a very nice place. Great location within walking distance of most places we wanted to visit in Chamonix. The rooms are well furnished and nicely designed, with the flexibility to convert into two separate bedrooms, both having direct access to the bathroom and toilets. We were traveling as a group of four, and the room felt a bit small. We could only comfortably open one carry-on suitcases in the living room only. That said, considering the price, it was still good value. The only downside was the luggage situation. The host informed me the day before that a nearby luggage storage service would cost €5 for all of our bags for 5 hours, but it was €5 per piece when we arrived. Had we known, we would have left our luggage at our previous hotel instead. Also, check-in wasn’t guaranteed on time because they were busy that day, which was a little stressful. We did manage to check in early around 12pm, but overall it wasn’t the smoothest experience on that day.

Le logement est très bien situé et très propre ! Très belle déco. C'est un peu contraignant de devoir aller chercher les clefs dans un local, 3 codes différents pour finalement accéder à l'appartement.... même si l'agence est très réactive... Il faut avoir son téléphone en permanence pour noter tout les codes.

très bon séjour dans cette résidence. instructions claires pour récupérer et déposer les clés, appartement petit mais propre, moderne et fonctionnel. belle expérience très proche de toutes les commodités et points touristiques de Chamonix.

The apartment was lovely and perfect for our stay in Chamonix. It was super central and close the excellent trails as well as the town centre. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay in Chamonix.

Siisti pieni huoneisto hyvällä sijannilla. Lyhyt kävelymatka Happy Rentalsin toimistolle, joten avainten palautus ja nouto onnistui hyvin. Lähimpään ruokakauppaan myös lyhyt matka. Ilmainen pysäköinti talon vieressä. Kauniit maisemat parvekkeelta. Happy Rentals toimitti hyvät ohjeet etukäteen sekä myös majoittumisen aikana. He myös vastasivat nopeasti kysymyksiin. Viihdyimme erittäin hyvin huoneistossa ja Chamonixissa.

Very cute and cozy place. The management was very friendly and provided some good information about getting around. The view is opposite of Mont Blanc but still incredibly peaceful and bucolic. Across the street from the bus station - super convenient. 5 minute walk to the Aiguille du Midi.

Super warm welcome upon arrival! I felt right at home straight away. For a solo traveller, this was really appreciated. Thank you for the advice on the local area too! The apartment was lovely. Really cosy & had everything I needed for a short peaceful stay. The views are impeccable. Super quiet too. And (!) right in front of the bus stop! Not that it was needed as the location was perfect, but in terms of ease for airport transfers, perfecto. Looking forward to the next visit already! Only thing I would mention… WiFi isn’t easily accessible - unsure if I perhaps missed something! Nowhere in the apartment was there a clear sign or mention of it being available.

Property was as described and pictured. The location is ideal right near the main bus stop and short walk to everything in town. We had a great stay and loved the little balcony and views. Very well set up for a ski trip with ski storage in the basement. Kitchen is small but has everything you need to cook an easy meal.

In general, it’s a very nice place. Great location within walking distance of most places we wanted to visit in Chamonix. The rooms are well furnished and nicely designed, with the flexibility to convert into two separate bedrooms, both having direct access to the bathroom and toilets. We were traveling as a group of four, and the room felt a bit small. We could only comfortably open one carry-on suitcases in the living room only. That said, considering the price, it was still good value. The only downside was the luggage situation. The host informed me the day before that a nearby luggage storage service would cost €5 for all of our bags for 5 hours, but it was €5 per piece when we arrived. Had we known, we would have left our luggage at our previous hotel instead. Also, check-in wasn’t guaranteed on time because they were busy that day, which was a little stressful. We did manage to check in early around 12pm, but overall it wasn’t the smoothest experience on that day.

Le logement est très bien situé et très propre ! Très belle déco. C'est un peu contraignant de devoir aller chercher les clefs dans un local, 3 codes différents pour finalement accéder à l'appartement.... même si l'agence est très réactive... Il faut avoir son téléphone en permanence pour noter tout les codes.
