Con capacidad para 4 personas, este acogedor refugio en el quinto piso está diseñado modernamente con una sala de estar iluminada por el sol y un rincón de cocina totalmente amueblada para relajarse y descansar sin preocupaciones en sus vacaciones. El salón cuenta con cómodos sofás, una biblioteca, TV de pantalla plana y la cocina abierta está equipada con todos los servicios esenciales para que pueda disfrutar de una experiencia culinaria y gastronómica fácil. Hay un lavavajillas, cafetera (Dolcegusto), placa de inducción, tostadora y nevera para preparar comidas caseras, que se pueden disfrutar en el balcón con vistas panorámicas a las montañas. Este refugio vacacional dispone de guardaesquís. Dormitorio Dormitorio 1: El elegante dormitorio tiene una cama doble. Extra: En el salón hay un sofá cama doble y un armario. Ubicación Este apartamento de vacaciones tiene muchas comodidades a tiro de piedra para acompañar unas vacaciones sin problemas, self-catered. Una plétora de restaurantes, pizzerías, bistros, bares e incluso la estación de tren, Aiguille du Midi está a sólo 5-10 minutos a pie desde aquí. Además, el bar más cercano se encuentra justo al lado. Aquí, los huéspedes también se colocan a poca distancia (5-10 minutos) de Gare du Montenvers, que es una importante atracción turística, y la Compagnie du Mont Blanc que va a grutas de hielo y lagos glaciares alpinos. Además, remontes como Le Brevent y Planpraz también están a poca distancia de aquí, a sólo 20 minutos.Mientras tanto, aquellos que deseen relajarse en medio de la naturaleza pueden dirigirse al Parc de Merlet y conocer la fauna de la región en sólo 20 minutos en coche. Los huéspedes también pueden disfrutar de parques de aventuras desde aquí, como el Accro Adventure Park, que está a sólo 5 minutos en coche. Lovely spot! Cosy, well thought out space that is close to amenities, town and transport, will amazing views from the balcony. Easy to check in and out also. Would have been nice to have a few kitchen things like oil and salt etc but over all great stay!

Siisti pieni huoneisto hyvällä sijannilla. Lyhyt kävelymatka Happy Rentalsin toimistolle, joten avainten palautus ja nouto onnistui hyvin. Lähimpään ruokakauppaan myös lyhyt matka. Ilmainen pysäköinti talon vieressä. Kauniit maisemat parvekkeelta. Happy Rentals toimitti hyvät ohjeet etukäteen sekä myös majoittumisen aikana. He myös vastasivat nopeasti kysymyksiin. Viihdyimme erittäin hyvin huoneistossa ja Chamonixissa.

Very cute and cozy place. The management was very friendly and provided some good information about getting around. The view is opposite of Mont Blanc but still incredibly peaceful and bucolic. Across the street from the bus station - super convenient. 5 minute walk to the Aiguille du Midi.

Super warm welcome upon arrival! I felt right at home straight away. For a solo traveller, this was really appreciated. Thank you for the advice on the local area too! The apartment was lovely. Really cosy & had everything I needed for a short peaceful stay. The views are impeccable. Super quiet too. And (!) right in front of the bus stop! Not that it was needed as the location was perfect, but in terms of ease for airport transfers, perfecto. Looking forward to the next visit already! Only thing I would mention… WiFi isn’t easily accessible - unsure if I perhaps missed something! Nowhere in the apartment was there a clear sign or mention of it being available.

Property was as described and pictured. The location is ideal right near the main bus stop and short walk to everything in town. We had a great stay and loved the little balcony and views. Very well set up for a ski trip with ski storage in the basement. Kitchen is small but has everything you need to cook an easy meal.

In general, it’s a very nice place. Great location within walking distance of most places we wanted to visit in Chamonix. The rooms are well furnished and nicely designed, with the flexibility to convert into two separate bedrooms, both having direct access to the bathroom and toilets. We were traveling as a group of four, and the room felt a bit small. We could only comfortably open one carry-on suitcases in the living room only. That said, considering the price, it was still good value. The only downside was the luggage situation. The host informed me the day before that a nearby luggage storage service would cost €5 for all of our bags for 5 hours, but it was €5 per piece when we arrived. Had we known, we would have left our luggage at our previous hotel instead. Also, check-in wasn’t guaranteed on time because they were busy that day, which was a little stressful. We did manage to check in early around 12pm, but overall it wasn’t the smoothest experience on that day.

Le logement est très bien situé et très propre ! Très belle déco. C'est un peu contraignant de devoir aller chercher les clefs dans un local, 3 codes différents pour finalement accéder à l'appartement.... même si l'agence est très réactive... Il faut avoir son téléphone en permanence pour noter tout les codes.

Siisti pieni huoneisto hyvällä sijannilla. Lyhyt kävelymatka Happy Rentalsin toimistolle, joten avainten palautus ja nouto onnistui hyvin. Lähimpään ruokakauppaan myös lyhyt matka. Ilmainen pysäköinti talon vieressä. Kauniit maisemat parvekkeelta. Happy Rentals toimitti hyvät ohjeet etukäteen sekä myös majoittumisen aikana. He myös vastasivat nopeasti kysymyksiin. Viihdyimme erittäin hyvin huoneistossa ja Chamonixissa.

Very cute and cozy place. The management was very friendly and provided some good information about getting around. The view is opposite of Mont Blanc but still incredibly peaceful and bucolic. Across the street from the bus station - super convenient. 5 minute walk to the Aiguille du Midi.

Super warm welcome upon arrival! I felt right at home straight away. For a solo traveller, this was really appreciated. Thank you for the advice on the local area too! The apartment was lovely. Really cosy & had everything I needed for a short peaceful stay. The views are impeccable. Super quiet too. And (!) right in front of the bus stop! Not that it was needed as the location was perfect, but in terms of ease for airport transfers, perfecto. Looking forward to the next visit already! Only thing I would mention… WiFi isn’t easily accessible - unsure if I perhaps missed something! Nowhere in the apartment was there a clear sign or mention of it being available.

Property was as described and pictured. The location is ideal right near the main bus stop and short walk to everything in town. We had a great stay and loved the little balcony and views. Very well set up for a ski trip with ski storage in the basement. Kitchen is small but has everything you need to cook an easy meal.

In general, it’s a very nice place. Great location within walking distance of most places we wanted to visit in Chamonix. The rooms are well furnished and nicely designed, with the flexibility to convert into two separate bedrooms, both having direct access to the bathroom and toilets. We were traveling as a group of four, and the room felt a bit small. We could only comfortably open one carry-on suitcases in the living room only. That said, considering the price, it was still good value. The only downside was the luggage situation. The host informed me the day before that a nearby luggage storage service would cost €5 for all of our bags for 5 hours, but it was €5 per piece when we arrived. Had we known, we would have left our luggage at our previous hotel instead. Also, check-in wasn’t guaranteed on time because they were busy that day, which was a little stressful. We did manage to check in early around 12pm, but overall it wasn’t the smoothest experience on that day.

Le logement est très bien situé et très propre ! Très belle déco. C'est un peu contraignant de devoir aller chercher les clefs dans un local, 3 codes différents pour finalement accéder à l'appartement.... même si l'agence est très réactive... Il faut avoir son téléphone en permanence pour noter tout les codes.

Aunque tendremos en cuenta sus observaciones sobre las camas y la iluminación, le recordamos que, en un alquiler vacacional, se espera que usted se encargue de tirar la basura, ordenar y lavar los platos antes de marcharse.
