In grado di accogliere fino a 4 persone, questo accogliente rifugio al quinto piano ha un design moderno con un soggiorno illuminato dal sole e un angolo cottura completamente arredato per rilassarsi senza pensieri durante la vostra vacanza. Il soggiorno dispone di comodi divani, una libreria, una TV a schermo piatto e l'angolo cottura aperto è dotato di tutti i servizi essenziali per cucinare e mangiare con facilità. Lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffè (Dolcegusto), piano cottura a induzione, tostapane e frigorifero sono a disposizione per preparare i pasti fatti in casa, che possono essere gustati anche sul balcone con una tranquilla e panoramica vista sulle montagne. Questo rifugio per vacanze dispone di un deposito sci. Camera da letto Camera da letto 1: L'elegante camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale. Extra: Nel soggiorno si trovano un divano letto matrimoniale e un armadio. Bagno Bagno 1: Il bagno è dotato di doccia e WC. Posizione Questo appartamento per vacanze ha molti servizi a portata di mano per accompagnare una vacanza tranquilla e autogestita. Una pletora di ristoranti, pizzerie, bistrot, bar e persino la stazione ferroviaria dell'Aiguille du Midi sono a soli 5-10 minuti a piedi. Inoltre, il bar più vicino si trova proprio accanto! Gli ospiti si trovano anche a pochi passi (5-10 minuti) dalla Gare du Montenvers, che è un'importante attrazione turistica, e dalla Compagnie du Mont Blanc che porta alle grotte di ghiaccio e ai laghi glaciali alpini. Inoltre, impianti di risalita come Le Brevent e Planpraz sono raggiungibili a piedi in soli 20 minuti. Nel frattempo, chi desidera rilassarsi in mezzo alla natura può recarsi al Parc de Merlet e conoscere la fauna della regione in soli 20 minuti di auto. Lovely spot! Cosy, well thought out space that is close to amenities, town and transport, will amazing views from the balcony. Easy to check in and out also. Would have been nice to have a few kitchen things like oil and salt etc but over all great stay!

Siisti pieni huoneisto hyvällä sijannilla. Lyhyt kävelymatka Happy Rentalsin toimistolle, joten avainten palautus ja nouto onnistui hyvin. Lähimpään ruokakauppaan myös lyhyt matka. Ilmainen pysäköinti talon vieressä. Kauniit maisemat parvekkeelta. Happy Rentals toimitti hyvät ohjeet etukäteen sekä myös majoittumisen aikana. He myös vastasivat nopeasti kysymyksiin. Viihdyimme erittäin hyvin huoneistossa ja Chamonixissa.

Very cute and cozy place. The management was very friendly and provided some good information about getting around. The view is opposite of Mont Blanc but still incredibly peaceful and bucolic. Across the street from the bus station - super convenient. 5 minute walk to the Aiguille du Midi.

Super warm welcome upon arrival! I felt right at home straight away. For a solo traveller, this was really appreciated. Thank you for the advice on the local area too! The apartment was lovely. Really cosy & had everything I needed for a short peaceful stay. The views are impeccable. Super quiet too. And (!) right in front of the bus stop! Not that it was needed as the location was perfect, but in terms of ease for airport transfers, perfecto. Looking forward to the next visit already! Only thing I would mention… WiFi isn’t easily accessible - unsure if I perhaps missed something! Nowhere in the apartment was there a clear sign or mention of it being available.

Property was as described and pictured. The location is ideal right near the main bus stop and short walk to everything in town. We had a great stay and loved the little balcony and views. Very well set up for a ski trip with ski storage in the basement. Kitchen is small but has everything you need to cook an easy meal.

In general, it’s a very nice place. Great location within walking distance of most places we wanted to visit in Chamonix. The rooms are well furnished and nicely designed, with the flexibility to convert into two separate bedrooms, both having direct access to the bathroom and toilets. We were traveling as a group of four, and the room felt a bit small. We could only comfortably open one carry-on suitcases in the living room only. That said, considering the price, it was still good value. The only downside was the luggage situation. The host informed me the day before that a nearby luggage storage service would cost €5 for all of our bags for 5 hours, but it was €5 per piece when we arrived. Had we known, we would have left our luggage at our previous hotel instead. Also, check-in wasn’t guaranteed on time because they were busy that day, which was a little stressful. We did manage to check in early around 12pm, but overall it wasn’t the smoothest experience on that day.

Le logement est très bien situé et très propre ! Très belle déco. C'est un peu contraignant de devoir aller chercher les clefs dans un local, 3 codes différents pour finalement accéder à l'appartement.... même si l'agence est très réactive... Il faut avoir son téléphone en permanence pour noter tout les codes.

Siisti pieni huoneisto hyvällä sijannilla. Lyhyt kävelymatka Happy Rentalsin toimistolle, joten avainten palautus ja nouto onnistui hyvin. Lähimpään ruokakauppaan myös lyhyt matka. Ilmainen pysäköinti talon vieressä. Kauniit maisemat parvekkeelta. Happy Rentals toimitti hyvät ohjeet etukäteen sekä myös majoittumisen aikana. He myös vastasivat nopeasti kysymyksiin. Viihdyimme erittäin hyvin huoneistossa ja Chamonixissa.

Very cute and cozy place. The management was very friendly and provided some good information about getting around. The view is opposite of Mont Blanc but still incredibly peaceful and bucolic. Across the street from the bus station - super convenient. 5 minute walk to the Aiguille du Midi.

Super warm welcome upon arrival! I felt right at home straight away. For a solo traveller, this was really appreciated. Thank you for the advice on the local area too! The apartment was lovely. Really cosy & had everything I needed for a short peaceful stay. The views are impeccable. Super quiet too. And (!) right in front of the bus stop! Not that it was needed as the location was perfect, but in terms of ease for airport transfers, perfecto. Looking forward to the next visit already! Only thing I would mention… WiFi isn’t easily accessible - unsure if I perhaps missed something! Nowhere in the apartment was there a clear sign or mention of it being available.

Property was as described and pictured. The location is ideal right near the main bus stop and short walk to everything in town. We had a great stay and loved the little balcony and views. Very well set up for a ski trip with ski storage in the basement. Kitchen is small but has everything you need to cook an easy meal.

In general, it’s a very nice place. Great location within walking distance of most places we wanted to visit in Chamonix. The rooms are well furnished and nicely designed, with the flexibility to convert into two separate bedrooms, both having direct access to the bathroom and toilets. We were traveling as a group of four, and the room felt a bit small. We could only comfortably open one carry-on suitcases in the living room only. That said, considering the price, it was still good value. The only downside was the luggage situation. The host informed me the day before that a nearby luggage storage service would cost €5 for all of our bags for 5 hours, but it was €5 per piece when we arrived. Had we known, we would have left our luggage at our previous hotel instead. Also, check-in wasn’t guaranteed on time because they were busy that day, which was a little stressful. We did manage to check in early around 12pm, but overall it wasn’t the smoothest experience on that day.

Le logement est très bien situé et très propre ! Très belle déco. C'est un peu contraignant de devoir aller chercher les clefs dans un local, 3 codes différents pour finalement accéder à l'appartement.... même si l'agence est très réactive... Il faut avoir son téléphone en permanence pour noter tout les codes.
