Accommodating up to 4 guests, this cosy retreat on the fifth floor is designed modernly with a sun-lit living room and a fully furnished kitchen corner for carefree relaxation and unwinding on your holiday. The living room has comfy sofas, a books library, flat-screen TV and the open kitchen corner is equipped with all essential utilities for you to benefit from an easy cooking and dining experience. There is a dishwasher, coffee machine (Dolcegusto), induction hob, toaster and fridge available to prepare homemade meals, which can further be enjoyed on the balcony with peaceful and panoramic mountain views all around. This holiday retreat has ski storage. Bedroom Bedroom 1: The elegant bedroom has a double bed. Extra: There is a double sofa bed and a wardrobe in the living room. Bathroom Bathroom 1: The bathroom comes fitted with a shower and WC. Additional • No wifi • Ironing Facilities • Child-Friendly • Lift Access • Free public parking (parking spaces cannot be guaranteed) but car not necessary • Please note that the heating temperature has been set to 19°C for the season. Please Note the Elevator will not be available from 11th November to 11th December, 2025. Location This holiday apartment has many amenities at a stone’s throw to accompany a smooth, self-catered holiday. A plethora of restaurants, pizzerias, bistros, bars and even the train station, Aiguille du Midi is just a 5-10 minute walk from here. Moreover, the closest bar is located right next door! Here, guests are also placed within walking distance (5-10 minutes) of Gare du Montenvers, which is a major tourist attraction, and the Compagnie du Mont Blanc that goes to Ice grottos and alpine glacial lakes. Additionally, ski lifts like Le Brevent and Planpraz are also within walkable distance from here, just 20-minutes.Meanwhile, those who wish to relax amidst nature can head to Parc de Merlet and get to know the fauna of the region in just a 20-minutes drive. Guests can also enjoy adventure parks from here, like Accro Adventure Park which is only a 5-minutes drive from here. Parking spaces are first-come, first-served, and availability is not guaranteed.

Lovely spot! Cosy, well thought out space that is close to amenities, town and transport, will amazing views from the balcony. Easy to check in and out also. Would have been nice to have a few kitchen things like oil and salt etc but over all great stay!

Siisti pieni huoneisto hyvällä sijannilla. Lyhyt kävelymatka Happy Rentalsin toimistolle, joten avainten palautus ja nouto onnistui hyvin. Lähimpään ruokakauppaan myös lyhyt matka. Ilmainen pysäköinti talon vieressä. Kauniit maisemat parvekkeelta. Happy Rentals toimitti hyvät ohjeet etukäteen sekä myös majoittumisen aikana. He myös vastasivat nopeasti kysymyksiin. Very cute and cozy place. The management was very friendly and provided some good information about getting around. The view is opposite of Mont Blanc but still incredibly peaceful and bucolic. Across the street from the bus station - super convenient. 5 minute walk to the Aiguille du Midi.

Super warm welcome upon arrival! I felt right at home straight away. For a solo traveller, this was really appreciated. Thank you for the advice on the local area too! The apartment was lovely. Really cosy & had everything I needed for a short peaceful stay. The views are impeccable. Super quiet too. And (!) right in front of the bus stop! Not that it was needed as the location was perfect, but in terms of ease for airport transfers, perfecto. Looking forward to the next visit already! Only thing I would mention… WiFi isn’t easily accessible - unsure if I perhaps missed something! Nowhere in the apartment was there a clear sign or mention of it being available.

Property was as described and pictured. The location is ideal right near the main bus stop and short walk to everything in town. We had a great stay and loved the little balcony and views. Very well set up for a ski trip with ski storage in the basement. Kitchen is small but has everything you need to cook an easy meal.

In general, it’s a very nice place. Great location within walking distance of most places we wanted to visit in Chamonix. The rooms are well furnished and nicely designed, with the flexibility to convert into two separate bedrooms, both having direct access to the bathroom and toilets. We were traveling as a group of four, and the room felt a bit small. We could only comfortably open one carry-on suitcases in the living room only. That said, considering the price, it was still good value. The only downside was the luggage situation. The host informed me the day before that a nearby luggage storage service would cost €5 for all of our bags for 5 hours, but it was €5 per piece when we arrived. Had we known, we would have left our luggage at our previous hotel instead. Also, check-in wasn’t guaranteed on time because they were busy that day, which was a little stressful. We did manage to check in early around 12pm, but overall it wasn’t the smoothest experience on that day.

Siisti pieni huoneisto hyvällä sijannilla. Lyhyt kävelymatka Happy Rentalsin toimistolle, joten avainten palautus ja nouto onnistui hyvin. Lähimpään ruokakauppaan myös lyhyt matka. Ilmainen pysäköinti talon vieressä. Kauniit maisemat parvekkeelta. Happy Rentals toimitti hyvät ohjeet etukäteen sekä myös majoittumisen aikana. He myös vastasivat nopeasti kysymyksiin. Viihdyimme erittäin hyvin huoneistossa ja Chamonixissa.

Very cute and cozy place. The management was very friendly and provided some good information about getting around. The view is opposite of Mont Blanc but still incredibly peaceful and bucolic. Across the street from the bus station - super convenient. 5 minute walk to the Aiguille du Midi.

Super warm welcome upon arrival! I felt right at home straight away. For a solo traveller, this was really appreciated. Thank you for the advice on the local area too! The apartment was lovely. Really cosy & had everything I needed for a short peaceful stay. The views are impeccable. Super quiet too. And (!) right in front of the bus stop! Not that it was needed as the location was perfect, but in terms of ease for airport transfers, perfecto. Looking forward to the next visit already! Only thing I would mention… WiFi isn’t easily accessible - unsure if I perhaps missed something! Nowhere in the apartment was there a clear sign or mention of it being available.

Property was as described and pictured. The location is ideal right near the main bus stop and short walk to everything in town. We had a great stay and loved the little balcony and views. Very well set up for a ski trip with ski storage in the basement. Kitchen is small but has everything you need to cook an easy meal.

In general, it’s a very nice place. Great location within walking distance of most places we wanted to visit in Chamonix. The rooms are well furnished and nicely designed, with the flexibility to convert into two separate bedrooms, both having direct access to the bathroom and toilets. We were traveling as a group of four, and the room felt a bit small. We could only comfortably open one carry-on suitcases in the living room only. That said, considering the price, it was still good value. The only downside was the luggage situation. The host informed me the day before that a nearby luggage storage service would cost €5 for all of our bags for 5 hours, but it was €5 per piece when we arrived. Had we known, we would have left our luggage at our previous hotel instead. Also, check-in wasn’t guaranteed on time because they were busy that day, which was a little stressful. We did manage to check in early around 12pm, but overall it wasn’t the smoothest experience on that day.

Le logement est très bien situé et très propre ! Très belle déco. C'est un peu contraignant de devoir aller chercher les clefs dans un local, 3 codes différents pour finalement accéder à l'appartement.... même si l'agence est très réactive... Il faut avoir son téléphone en permanence pour noter tout les codes.
