Pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes, cet appartement confortable situé au cinquième étage est conçu de façon moderne avec un salon ensoleillé et un coin cuisine entièrement meublé pour vous permettre de vous détendre et de vous relaxer en toute tranquillité pendant vos vacances. Le salon dispose de canapés confortables, d'une bibliothèque et d'une télévision à écran plat. Le coin cuisine ouvert est équipé de tous les appareils essentiels pour vous permettre de cuisiner et de dîner facilement. Un lave-vaisselle, une machine à café (Dolcegusto), une plaque de cuisson à induction, un grille-pain et un réfrigérateur sont disponibles pour préparer des repas faits maison, que vous pourrez ensuite déguster sur le balcon qui offre des vues paisibles et panoramiques sur les montagnes environnantes. Cette maison de vacances dispose d'un local à skis. Chambre à coucher Chambre 1 : Cette chambre élégante dispose d'un lit double. Supplémentaire : Il y a un canapé-lit double et une armoire dans le salon. Salle de bain Salle de bain 1 : La salle de bain est équipée d'une douche et d'un WC. En outre, la salle de bains est équipée d'une douche et d'un WC. - Pas de wifi - Matériel de repassage - Accueil des enfants - Accès à l'ascenseur - Parking public gratuit (places de parking non garanties) mais voiture non nécessaire - Veuillez noter que la température du chauffage a été réglée à 19°C pour la saison. Veuillez noter que l'ascenseur ne sera pas disponible du 11 novembre au 11 décembre 2025. Emplacement Cet appartement de vacances dispose de nombreuses commodités à un jet de pierre pour accompagner des vacances en toute tranquillité. Une pléthore de restaurants, pizzerias, bistros, bars et même la gare de l'Aiguille du Midi ne sont qu'à 5-10 minutes à pied. De plus, le bar le plus proche se trouve juste à côté ! Les clients de l'hôtel sont également à quelques minutes de marche (5-10 minutes) de la gare du Montenvers, qui est une attraction touristique majeure, et de la Compagnie du Mont Blanc, qui se rend dans les grottes de glace et les lacs glaciaires alpins. En outre, des remontées mécaniques comme Le Brevent et Planpraz sont également accessibles à pied depuis l'hôtel, à seulement 20 minutes. Par ailleurs, ceux qui souhaitent se détendre au milieu de la nature peuvent se rendre au Parc de Merlet et découvrir la faune de la région en seulement 20 minutes de route. Les clients peuvent également profiter des parcs d'aventure, comme Accro Adventure Park, qui se trouve à seulement 5 minutes en voiture. Les places de parking sont attribuées selon le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi, et leur disponibilité n'est pas garantie.

Lovely spot! Cosy, well thought out space that is close to amenities, town and transport, will amazing views from the balcony. Easy to check in and out also. Would have been nice to have a few kitchen things like oil and salt etc but over all great stay!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L'appartement est très bien situé puisque toutes les activités, restaurants et boutiques sont à proximité. C'était très propre et confortable pour 2 personnes.

The location was right across the street from the Chamonix Sud bus station and just a couple minutes walk to Aiguille du Midi lift station, bakery and grocery store.

Siisti pieni huoneisto hyvällä sijannilla. Lyhyt kävelymatka Happy Rentalsin toimistolle, joten avainten palautus ja nouto onnistui hyvin. Lähimpään ruokakauppaan myös lyhyt matka. Ilmainen pysäköinti talon vieressä. Kauniit maisemat parvekkeelta. Happy Rentals toimitti hyvät ohjeet etukäteen sekä myös majoittumisen aikana. He myös vastasivat nopeasti kysymyksiin. Viihdyimme erittäin hyvin huoneistossa ja Chamonixissa.

Very cute and cozy place. The management was very friendly and provided some good information about getting around. The view is opposite of Mont Blanc but still incredibly peaceful and bucolic. Across the street from the bus station - super convenient. 5 minute walk to the Aiguille du Midi.

Super warm welcome upon arrival! I felt right at home straight away. For a solo traveller, this was really appreciated. Thank you for the advice on the local area too! The apartment was lovely. Really cosy & had everything I needed for a short peaceful stay. The views are impeccable. Super quiet too. And (!) right in front of the bus stop! Not that it was needed as the location was perfect, but in terms of ease for airport transfers, perfecto. Looking forward to the next visit already! Only thing I would mention… WiFi isn’t easily accessible - unsure if I perhaps missed something! Nowhere in the apartment was there a clear sign or mention of it being available.

Property was as described and pictured. The location is ideal right near the main bus stop and short walk to everything in town. We had a great stay and loved the little balcony and views. Very well set up for a ski trip with ski storage in the basement. Kitchen is small but has everything you need to cook an easy meal.

In general, it’s a very nice place. Great location within walking distance of most places we wanted to visit in Chamonix. The rooms are well furnished and nicely designed, with the flexibility to convert into two separate bedrooms, both having direct access to the bathroom and toilets. We were traveling as a group of four, and the room felt a bit small. We could only comfortably open one carry-on suitcases in the living room only. That said, considering the price, it was still good value. The only downside was the luggage situation. The host informed me the day before that a nearby luggage storage service would cost €5 for all of our bags for 5 hours, but it was €5 per piece when we arrived. Had we known, we would have left our luggage at our previous hotel instead. Also, check-in wasn’t guaranteed on time because they were busy that day, which was a little stressful. We did manage to check in early around 12pm, but overall it wasn’t the smoothest experience on that day.

Le logement est très bien situé et très propre ! Très belle déco. C'est un peu contraignant de devoir aller chercher les clefs dans un local, 3 codes différents pour finalement accéder à l'appartement.... même si l'agence est très réactive... Il faut avoir son téléphone en permanence pour noter tout les codes.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Chamonix dans le logement de Pauline. Appartement bien situé, propre, équipé et joli ! Petit bémol sur le parking souterrain conseillé par Pauline qui n’est pas pratique du tout…

The apartment was lovely and perfect for our stay in Chamonix. It was super central and close the excellent trails as well as the town centre. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay in Chamonix.

Siisti pieni huoneisto hyvällä sijannilla. Lyhyt kävelymatka Happy Rentalsin toimistolle, joten avainten palautus ja nouto onnistui hyvin. Lähimpään ruokakauppaan myös lyhyt matka. Ilmainen pysäköinti talon vieressä. Kauniit maisemat parvekkeelta. Happy Rentals toimitti hyvät ohjeet etukäteen sekä myös majoittumisen aikana. He myös vastasivat nopeasti kysymyksiin. Viihdyimme erittäin hyvin huoneistossa ja Chamonixissa.

Very cute and cozy place. The management was very friendly and provided some good information about getting around. The view is opposite of Mont Blanc but still incredibly peaceful and bucolic. Across the street from the bus station - super convenient. 5 minute walk to the Aiguille du Midi.

Super warm welcome upon arrival! I felt right at home straight away. For a solo traveller, this was really appreciated. Thank you for the advice on the local area too! The apartment was lovely. Really cosy & had everything I needed for a short peaceful stay. The views are impeccable. Super quiet too. And (!) right in front of the bus stop! Not that it was needed as the location was perfect, but in terms of ease for airport transfers, perfecto. Looking forward to the next visit already! Only thing I would mention… WiFi isn’t easily accessible - unsure if I perhaps missed something! Nowhere in the apartment was there a clear sign or mention of it being available.

Property was as described and pictured. The location is ideal right near the main bus stop and short walk to everything in town. We had a great stay and loved the little balcony and views. Very well set up for a ski trip with ski storage in the basement. Kitchen is small but has everything you need to cook an easy meal.

In general, it’s a very nice place. Great location within walking distance of most places we wanted to visit in Chamonix. The rooms are well furnished and nicely designed, with the flexibility to convert into two separate bedrooms, both having direct access to the bathroom and toilets. We were traveling as a group of four, and the room felt a bit small. We could only comfortably open one carry-on suitcases in the living room only. That said, considering the price, it was still good value. The only downside was the luggage situation. The host informed me the day before that a nearby luggage storage service would cost €5 for all of our bags for 5 hours, but it was €5 per piece when we arrived. Had we known, we would have left our luggage at our previous hotel instead. Also, check-in wasn’t guaranteed on time because they were busy that day, which was a little stressful. We did manage to check in early around 12pm, but overall it wasn’t the smoothest experience on that day.

Le logement est très bien situé et très propre ! Très belle déco. C'est un peu contraignant de devoir aller chercher les clefs dans un local, 3 codes différents pour finalement accéder à l'appartement.... même si l'agence est très réactive... Il faut avoir son téléphone en permanence pour noter tout les codes.
