Su ubicación en la segunda planta y una soleada terraza con zona de descanso y comedor al aire libre permiten a los huéspedes desayunar o tomarse un aperitivo mientras aprecian las increíbles vistas al mar desde el balcón. En el interior, el refugio vacacional está equipado con un luminoso salón con acceso al balcón y todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y sin preocupaciones. Hay Wi-Fi, TV de pantalla plana y una cocina totalmente funcional con microondas, cafetera, tostadora y nevera a disposición de los huéspedes. También está a 10 minutos en coche del centro de la ciudad de Niza, donde se encuentra el famoso Promenade des Anglais, varias playas glamurosas y la emblemática Place Massena. Villefranche-Sur-Mer está especialmente indicada para los viajeros que quieran desconectar, bucear y navegar en el bello entorno típico de los Alpes-Provenza-Costa Azul. Además, con el casco antiguo muy cerca, la iglesia barroca-italiana de San Miguel y la restaurada capilla de San Pedro con los famosos murales de Jean Cocteau también están al alcance de la mano. Sin embargo, para una experiencia más rica y elitista, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, un tranquilo pueblo a las afueras de Villefranche, está a sólo 10 minutos en coche. El pueblo turístico de Beaulieu-Sur-Mer y Eze también están a la misma distancia. El aeropuerto internacional más cercano está en Niza, a unos 25 minutos en coche.

Leo was very helpful on arrival and departure, and left a bottle of wine for us. The location is excellent as long as you have a car. I know some other reviewers did not like the busy road but it did not bother us and was very convenient. A supermarket, boulangerie and restaurant were within 200 yds Bathroom was very good and clean Bed and sofa were both very comfortable

There was an overall lack of care and maintenance to this property. Some issues were cosmetic, some had safety implications and have been previously documented in other reviews. The winding stone steps are in complete darkness at night. This poses a fall and personal safety risk. All three locks to access property are flawed and require repairs. The door to the suite does not lock without key. Dead bolts with internal knobs are needed. Smoke detector was sitting on bookshelf. Fridge is a complete mess. Cabinet door has come off leaving a sticky awful surface. The door does not close fully no matter how much care is taken. This leads to constant dripping and food getting wet. There seems to be an overall cheapness in the approach to the management of this property. It is clearly the mandate to maximize profits. Any thought of providing a memorable experience is non existent. It has the potential to be a lovely place to stay.
