Nascosto nella tranquilla periferia di Nizza, questo moderno appartamento in una villa è ideale per rilassarsi e dimenticare la vita frenetica della città. La sua posizione al secondo piano e una terrazza soleggiata con salotto e pranzo all'aperto permettono agli ospiti di fare colazione o concedersi un aperitivo mentre si apprezza la splendida vista sul mare dal balcone. All'interno, il rifugio per le vacanze è dotato di un luminoso soggiorno con accesso al balcone e tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole e spensierato. Ci sono Wi-Fi, TV a schermo piatto e una cucina completamente funzionale con forno a microonde, macchina per il caffè, tostapane e frigorifero a disposizione degli ospiti. L'aria condizionata reversibile è disponibile sia nel soggiorno che nelle camere da letto, per vacanze piacevoli tutto l'anno in Costa Azzurra. Si trova anche a 10 minuti di macchina dal centro di Nizza, dove c'è la rinomata Promenade des Anglais, diverse spiagge glamour e l'iconica Place Massena. Villefranche-Sur-Mer è particolarmente adatto per i viaggiatori che vogliono rilassarsi, fare immersioni e navigare in mezzo alla tipica cornice delle Alpi-Provenza-Costa Azzurra. Inoltre, con la città vecchia a portata di mano, la chiesa barocco-italiana di San Michele e la cappella restaurata di San Pietro con i famosi murales di Jean Cocteau sono anche facilmente accessibili. Tuttavia, per un'esperienza più ricca ed elitaria, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, un tranquillo villaggio appena fuori Villefranche è a soli 10 minuti di macchina. Il villaggio turistico, Beaulieu-Sur-Mer, ed Eze sono anche alla stessa distanza da qui. L'aeroporto internazionale più vicino è a Nizza, a circa 25 minuti di macchina.

Leo was very helpful on arrival and departure, and left a bottle of wine for us. The location is excellent as long as you have a car. I know some other reviewers did not like the busy road but it did not bother us and was very convenient. A supermarket, boulangerie and restaurant were within 200 yds Bathroom was very good and clean Bed and sofa were both very comfortable

There was an overall lack of care and maintenance to this property. Some issues were cosmetic, some had safety implications and have been previously documented in other reviews. The winding stone steps are in complete darkness at night. This poses a fall and personal safety risk. All three locks to access property are flawed and require repairs. The door to the suite does not lock without key. Dead bolts with internal knobs are needed. Smoke detector was sitting on bookshelf. Fridge is a complete mess. Cabinet door has come off leaving a sticky awful surface. The door does not close fully no matter how much care is taken. This leads to constant dripping and food getting wet. There seems to be an overall cheapness in the approach to the management of this property. It is clearly the mandate to maximize profits. Any thought of providing a memorable experience is non existent. It has the potential to be a lovely place to stay.
