Die Unterkunft
Das moderne und elegante Apartment verfügt über eine Terrasse mit Meerblick, auf der Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten im Freien genießen können; es ist mit einer Klimaanlage und einer schnellen WLAN-Verbindung ausgestattet. Im Inneren öffnet sich ein offener Wohnbereich, der mit einem Bücherregal, einem bequemen Sofa und einem an der Wand montierten Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet ist, sowie eine Küche mit Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Kochutensilien, um Ihnen einen sorgenfreien Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Die gesamte Ausstattung, sowohl in der Küche als auch im Badezimmer, wird elektrisch betrieben, ohne Verwendung von Gas und offener Flamme.

Schlafzimmer 1: Dieses Schlafzimmer ist gut ausgestattet und funktional und verfügt über ein großes Doppelbett (160 x 200).
Wohnzimmer: Ein Einzelschlafsofa bietet bequem Platz für eine Person.

Lage.
Die Wohnung liegt nur einen Katzensprung von der Promenade Bousquet, dem Lido-Strand und dem Hafen entfernt; das historische Zentrum mit seiner katalanisch-gotischen Architektur und der befestigte Teil sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Gäste können die historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten erkunden, darunter die Kathedrale der Unbefleckten Empfängnis mit ihrem markanten Glockenturm, und durch die engen, verwinkelten Gassen schlendern, die sich zu einem Labyrinth kreuzen, oder auf den Stadtmauern spazieren gehen, von wo aus man einen herrlichen Blick auf den Hafen und den von Capo Caccia dominierten Golf hat.
Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäfte, Geldautomaten und Supermärkte sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, ebenso wie Fahrrad- und Motorradverleihe sowie Busverbindungen in die Stadt und zu weiteren Stränden.
Die Bushaltestelle für die Verbindung zum und vom Flughafen liegt nur wenige Meter vom Apartment entfernt.
Der örtliche Strand, Lido di Alghero, ist 150 Meter entfernt und eignet sich mit seinem etwa 1,5 km langen goldenen Sandstrand und dem kristallklaren, flachen Wasser perfekt zum Schwimmen und Sonnenbaden. Lido di Alghero ist zudem ideal zum Windsurfen, Kitesurfen und Paddelsurfen. Strandliebhaber werden auch Maria Pia (5 Minuten Fahrt) und den Strand von Bombarde (13 Minuten Fahrt) zu schätzen wissen.
Nur eine kurze Bootsfahrt von Alghero entfernt liegt die Neptun-Grotte (30 Minuten Fahrt), ein faszinierender Höhlenkomplex mit atemberaubenden Stalaktiten- und Stalagmitenformationen. Besucher können die Höhle im Rahmen geführter Bootstouren oder über eine steile Treppe erreichen. Für alle, die Naturabenteuer lieben, bieten die Klippen von Capo Caccia (35 Minuten Fahrt) Wanderwege mit atemberaubenden Ausblicken. Der nächstgelegene Flughafen zur Unterkunft ist Fertilia (AHO), etwa 10 Minuten Fahrt entfernt.
Für Gruppen unter 21 Jahren ist vor Ort eine Kaution in Höhe von 300 EUR zu hinterlegen.

Great location only one block from the beach and about 15 minutes walk to the old town. Easy free parking either on the streets around the apartment or a huge free parking area about 10 minutes walk. Nice big patio for eating and taking a glimpse of the ocean.

Appartement neuf, très bien équipé , propre, orienté a l'ouest, grand balcon agréable avec vue mer (suffisamment grand pour déjeuner, et étendre son linge sans aucune gene), pratique, confortable, bien situé (proche a pied des commerces, de la plage, du centre historique et du port). Appartamento nuovo, pulito, con una bella terrazza grande e attrezzato con tutto il necessario per soggiornare. Dotato di ascensore, molto comodo per noi che avevamo un passeggino. Posizione comoda per raggiungere a piedi il lungomare e il centro storico, anche se strada molto trafficata e in alta stagione molto rumorosa. La consigliamo sicuramente e ci torneremmo volentieri!

We had a wonderful stay here. It’s a lovely 10 minute walk along the marina to the old town, and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Bathroom clean and cleaning products provided. Fridge big with coolbox. Air con excellent. The apartment block is new and it and the whole area is quiet. A beach is 5 minute walk away and if you walk farther (10 minutes), there are cafes, beach bars/restaurants, sun loungers for rent - €20 per day for 2 beds and an umbrella. You can get a bus to Maria Pia beach beside the restaurant on main road for €1, but if you like to walk it may only take you half an hour. We left our luggage all day on last day in a place 5 minute walk away for €6 per piece. Everything was perfect. The only thing I was not aware of is that the sofa bed is as you see it. It does not fold out in to a bed. I’m 5 foot 6 and it was ok for me but someone taller may find it small. I’d stay here again if back in Alghero. Also we were lucky to get a flexible check out

The tastefully furnished, newly built apartment was in a quiet street, close to the beach, close to shops and the bus stop. The old town is within walking distance. The view of the sea is beautiful, which can be seen not only from the terrace, but also from the room. I liked that it was homely furnished, with many pictures and many cupboards. We received toiletries, detergent, fabric softener, dish soap, dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher, coffee and tea, salt, sugar, and olive oil.

Csendes utcában volt az igényesen berendezett, új építésű apartman, közel a parthoz, közel a boltokhoz, a buszmegállóhoz, séta távolságra az óváros. Gyönyörű a kilátás a tengerre, amit nem csak a teraszról, de már a szobából is látni. Tetszett, hogy otthonosan volt berendezve, sok képpel, sok szekrénnyel. Kaptunk pipere dolgokat, mosószert, öblítőt, mosogatószert, mosogatógép tablettát a mosogatógéphez, volt kávé és tea is, só cukor, olívaolaj.
