Godetevi la splendida vista sul mare o passeggiate nel centro storico di Alghero soggiornando in questo nuovissimo appartamento situato a 150 metri dalla spiaggia del Lido e a 1,6 km dalla spiaggia di Maria Pia. L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano di un edificio, dotato di ascensore, costruito nel 2020. Può ospitare fino a 3 persone e vi farà sentire subito come una persona del posto. La struttura L'appartamento, moderno ed elegante, offre una terrazza con vista sul mare dove poter gustare i pasti all'aria aperta; è dotato di aria condizionata e connessione wi-fi veloce. All'interno si apre su una zona giorno open space arredata con una libreria, un comodo divano e una TV a schermo piatto a parete, una cucina attrezzata con microonde e lavastoviglie, frigorifero e bollitore e attrezzature da cucina per garantire un soggiorno senza preoccupazioni. Tutte le attrezzature, sia in cucina che in bagno, sono alimentate elettricamente senza l'utilizzo di gas e fiamme libere. Dormire Camera da letto 1: questa camera è ben attrezzata e funzionale, con un grande letto matrimoniale (160 x 200). Soggiorno: un divano letto singolo può ospitare comodamente una persona. Bagni: Bagno: il bagno piastrellato è dotato di doccia, bidet, lavandino, WC e lavatrice. Accessori - Porte e finestre insonorizzate - WI-Fi gratuito - Aria condizionata - Ferro da stiro - Prese USB a muro - Estintore - Parcheggio pubblico gratuito nelle vicinanze - Su richiesta è disponibile una culla per bambini fino a 3 anni. Posizione. L'appartamento si trova a pochi passi dal lungomare Bousquet, dalla spiaggia del Lido e dal porto; il centro storico con la sua architettura gotico-catalana e la parte fortificata sono raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. Gli ospiti possono esplorare i siti storici, tra cui la Cattedrale dell'Immacolata Concezione con il suo caratteristico campanile, e passeggiare per le strette e tortuose vie che si intersecano a formare un labirinto o percorrere i bastioni con splendide viste sul porto e sul golfo dominato da Capo Caccia. Ristoranti, caffè e negozi, bancomat e supermercati sono a pochi minuti a piedi, così come i servizi di noleggio di biciclette e moto e gli autobus per la città e le altre spiagge. La fermata dell'autobus per e dall'aeroporto è a pochi metri dall'appartamento. La spiaggia locale, Lido di Alghero, a 150 metri di distanza, è perfetta per nuotare e prendere il sole, con circa 1,5 km di sabbia dorata e acque cristalline e poco profonde. Il Lido di Alghero è ideale anche per praticare windsurf, kite surf e paddle surf. Gli amanti della spiaggia apprezzeranno anche Maria Pia (5 minuti di auto) e la spiaggia delle Bombarde (13 minuti di auto). A breve distanza in barca da Alghero, la Grotta di Nettuno (30 minuti di auto) è un complesso di grotte ipnotiche con formazioni di stalattiti e stalagmiti mozzafiato. I visitatori possono raggiungere la grotta attraverso visite guidate in barca o scendendo una ripida scalinata. Per chi ama le avventure nella natura, le scogliere di Capo Caccia (35 minuti di auto) offrono percorsi di trekking con viste mozzafiato. L'aeroporto più vicino alla struttura è quello di Fertilia (AHO), a circa 10 minuti di auto. Per i gruppi al di sotto dei 21 anni è necessario pagare in loco un deposito cauzionale di 300EUR. Appartement neuf, très bien équipé , propre, orienté a l'ouest, grand balcon agréable avec vue mer (suffisamment grand pour déjeuner, et étendre son linge sans aucune gene), pratique, confortable, bien situé (proche a pied des commerces, de la plage, du centre historique et du port). A proximité, de superbes plages, les grottes de Neptune.... Appartement parfait pour 3 personnes. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ici. Alessandra, notre hôtesse, est attentionnée et très aimable.

Appartamento nuovo, pulito, con una bella terrazza grande e attrezzato con tutto il necessario per soggiornare. Dotato di ascensore, molto comodo per noi che avevamo un passeggino. Posizione comoda per raggiungere a piedi il lungomare e il centro storico, anche se strada molto trafficata e in alta stagione molto rumorosa. La consigliamo sicuramente e ci torneremmo volentieri!

We had a wonderful stay here. It’s a lovely 10 minute walk along the marina to the old town, and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Bathroom clean and cleaning products provided. Fridge big with coolbox. Air con excellent. The apartment block is new and it and the whole area is quiet. A beach is 5 minute walk away and if you walk farther (10 minutes), there are cafes, beach bars/restaurants, sun loungers for rent - €20 per day for 2 beds and an umbrella. You can get a bus to Maria Pia beach beside the restaurant on main road for €1, but if you like to walk it may only take you half an hour. We left our luggage all day on last day in a place 5 minute walk away for €6 per piece. Everything was perfect. The only thing I was not aware of is that the sofa bed is as you see it. It does not fold out in to a bed. I’m 5 foot 6 and it was ok for me but someone taller may find it small. I’d stay here again if back in Alghero. Also we were lucky to get a flexible check out

very clean apartment in a very modern, bright and clean building, comfortable bed, hosts were extremely flexible with check in and out times, air con works great, 2 mins walk to promenade which is absolutely beautiful, further along and well worth the 10 minute walk, is the marina and Old Town

The tastefully furnished, newly built apartment was in a quiet street, close to the beach, close to shops and the bus stop. The old town is within walking distance. The view of the sea is beautiful, which can be seen not only from the terrace, but also from the room. I liked that it was homely furnished, with many pictures and many cupboards. We received toiletries, detergent, fabric softener, dish soap, dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher, coffee and tea, salt, sugar, and olive oil.

Csendes utcában volt az igényesen berendezett, új építésű apartman, közel a parthoz, közel a boltokhoz, a buszmegállóhoz, séta távolságra az óváros. Gyönyörű a kilátás a tengerre, amit nem csak a teraszról, de már a szobából is látni. Tetszett, hogy otthonosan volt berendezve, sok képpel, sok szekrénnyel. Kaptunk pipere dolgokat, mosószert, öblítőt, mosogatószert, mosogatógép tablettát a mosogatógéphez, volt kávé és tea is, só cukor, olívaolaj.

This was the best Airbnb stay so far! The place was very clean, close to the beach and city centre. Communication with the host was excellent and we were surprised how well equiped this apartment was. I would definitely recommend!
