De structuur Het moderne en elegante appartement beschikt over een terras met uitzicht op zee waar je kunt genieten van je maaltijden in de buitenlucht; het is uitgerust met airconditioning en een snelle wi-fi-verbinding. Binnen is er een open woonkamer ingericht met een boekenkast, een comfortabele bank en een flatscreen tv aan de muur, een keuken uitgerust met magnetron en vaatwasser, koelkast en waterkoker en kookgerei om een zorgeloos verblijf te garanderen. Alle apparatuur, zowel in de keuken als in de badkamer, wordt elektrisch aangedreven zonder gebruik van gas en open vuur. Slapen Slaapkamer 1: Deze slaapkamer is goed uitgerust en functioneel, met een groot tweepersoonsbed (160 x 200). Woonkamer: een eenpersoonsslaapbank biedt comfortabel plaats aan één persoon. Badkamers: Badkamer: de betegelde badkamer heeft een douche, bidet, wastafel en toilet en wasmachine. Extra - Geluiddichte deuren en ramen - Gratis Wi-Fi - Airconditioning - Strijkijzer - USB-aansluitingen in de muur - Brandblusser - Gratis openbare parkeergelegenheid in de buurt - Een kinderbedje voor kinderen tot 3 jaar is beschikbaar op aanvraag Locatie. Het appartement ligt op een steenworp afstand van de promenade van Bousquet, het Lidostrand en de haven; het historische centrum met zijn gotisch-Catalaanse architectuur en het versterkte deel zijn te voet in een paar minuten te bereiken. Gasten kunnen de historische bezienswaardigheden verkennen, waaronder de kathedraal van de Onbevlekte Ontvangenis met de kenmerkende klokkentoren, en slenteren door de smalle, kronkelende straatjes die elkaar kruisen tot een labyrint of wandelen langs de stadsmuren met een prachtig uitzicht op de haven en de golf die wordt gedomineerd door Capo Caccia. Restaurants, cafés en winkels, pinautomaten en supermarkten liggen op slechts een paar minuten lopen, net als fiets- en motorverhuur en bussen naar de stad en verdere stranden. De bushalte van en naar het vliegveld ligt op slechts een paar meter van het appartement. Het plaatselijke strand, Lido di Alghero, op 150 meter afstand is perfect om te zwemmen en te zonnebaden met ongeveer 1,5 km goudkleurig zand en kristalhelder, ondiep water. Lido di Alghero is ook ideaal voor windsurfen, kitesurfen en peddelsurfen. Strandliefhebbers zullen ook Maria Pia (5 minuten rijden) en Bombarde strand (13 minuten rijden) waarderen. Een korte boottocht vanaf Alghero, de Grot van Neptunus (30 minuten rijden) is een betoverend grottencomplex met adembenemende druipsteen- en stalagmietformaties. Bezoekers kunnen de grot bereiken via begeleide boottochten of door een steile trap af te dalen. Voor liefhebbers van natuuravonturen bieden de kliffen van Capo Caccia (35 minuten rijden) wandelpaden met adembenemend uitzicht. De dichtstbijzijnde luchthaven bij de accommodatie is Fertilia (AHO), op ongeveer 10 minuten rijden. Voor groepen onder 21 jaar moet ter plaatse een borg van 300 euro worden betaald. Appartement neuf, très bien équipé , propre, orienté a l'ouest, grand balcon agréable avec vue mer (suffisamment grand pour déjeuner, et étendre son linge sans aucune gene), pratique, confortable, bien situé (proche a pied des commerces, de la plage, du centre historique et du port). A proximité, de superbes plages, les grottes de Neptune.... Appartement parfait pour 3 personnes. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ici. Alessandra, notre hôtesse, est attentionnée et très aimable.

Appartamento nuovo, pulito, con una bella terrazza grande e attrezzato con tutto il necessario per soggiornare. Dotato di ascensore, molto comodo per noi che avevamo un passeggino. Posizione comoda per raggiungere a piedi il lungomare e il centro storico, anche se strada molto trafficata e in alta stagione molto rumorosa. La consigliamo sicuramente e ci torneremmo volentieri!

We had a wonderful stay here. It’s a lovely 10 minute walk along the marina to the old town, and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Bathroom clean and cleaning products provided. Fridge big with coolbox. Air con excellent. The apartment block is new and it and the whole area is quiet. A beach is 5 minute walk away and if you walk farther (10 minutes), there are cafes, beach bars/restaurants, sun loungers for rent - €20 per day for 2 beds and an umbrella. You can get a bus to Maria Pia beach beside the restaurant on main road for €1, but if you like to walk it may only take you half an hour. We left our luggage all day on last day in a place 5 minute walk away for €6 per piece. Everything was perfect. The only thing I was not aware of is that the sofa bed is as you see it. It does not fold out in to a bed. I’m 5 foot 6 and it was ok for me but someone taller may find it small. I’d stay here again if back in Alghero. Also we were lucky to get a flexible check out

very clean apartment in a very modern, bright and clean building, comfortable bed, hosts were extremely flexible with check in and out times, air con works great, 2 mins walk to promenade which is absolutely beautiful, further along and well worth the 10 minute walk, is the marina and Old Town

The tastefully furnished, newly built apartment was in a quiet street, close to the beach, close to shops and the bus stop. The old town is within walking distance. The view of the sea is beautiful, which can be seen not only from the terrace, but also from the room. I liked that it was homely furnished, with many pictures and many cupboards. We received toiletries, detergent, fabric softener, dish soap, dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher, coffee and tea, salt, sugar, and olive oil.

Csendes utcában volt az igényesen berendezett, új építésű apartman, közel a parthoz, közel a boltokhoz, a buszmegállóhoz, séta távolságra az óváros. Gyönyörű a kilátás a tengerre, amit nem csak a teraszról, de már a szobából is látni. Tetszett, hogy otthonosan volt berendezve, sok képpel, sok szekrénnyel. Kaptunk pipere dolgokat, mosószert, öblítőt, mosogatószert, mosogatógép tablettát a mosogatógéphez, volt kávé és tea is, só cukor, olívaolaj.
