El apartamento se encuentra en la segunda planta de un edificio, dotado de ascensor, construido en 2020. Tiene capacidad para hasta 3 personas y te hará sentir como un auténtico lugareño desde el primer momento.
La vivienda
Este moderno y elegante apartamento cuenta con una terraza con vistas al mar donde podrás disfrutar de tus comidas al aire libre; está equipado con aire acondicionado y conexión Wi-Fi de alta velocidad. En su interior, se abre a una zona de estar diáfana amueblada con una estantería, un cómodo sofá y un televisor de pantalla plana colgado en la pared, además de una cocina equipada con microondas, lavavajillas, nevera, hervidor de agua y utensilios de cocina para garantizar una estancia sin preocupaciones. Todo el equipamiento, tanto en la cocina como en el baño, funciona con electricidad, sin necesidad de gas ni llamas abiertas.

Ubicación.
El apartamento se encuentra a un paso del paseo marítimo de Bousquet, la playa del Lido y el puerto; se puede llegar a pie en pocos minutos al centro histórico, con su arquitectura gótico-catalan, y a la zona fortificada. Los huéspedes pueden explorar los lugares de interés histórico, como la Catedral de la Inmaculada Concepción con su característico campanario, y pasear por las estrechas y sinuosas calles que se entrecruzan formando un laberinto, o recorrer las murallas con espléndidas vistas al puerto y al golfo dominado por Capo Caccia.
Restaurantes, cafeterías y tiendas, cajeros automáticos y supermercados se encuentran a solo unos minutos a pie, al igual que los servicios de alquiler de bicicletas y motos y los autobuses que conectan con la ciudad y otras playas.
La parada de autobús con servicio de ida y vuelta al aeropuerto está a solo unos metros del apartamento.
La playa local, Lido di Alghero, situada a 150 metros, es perfecta para bañarse y tomar el sol, con aproximadamente 1,5 km de arena dorada y aguas cristalinas y poco profundas. Lido di Alghero también es ideal para practicar windsurf, kitesurf y paddle surf. Los amantes de la playa también disfrutarán de Maria Pia (a 5 minutos en coche) y de la playa de Bombarde (a 13 minutos en coche).
A un breve trayecto en barco desde Alghero, la Gruta de Neptuno (a 30 minutos en coche) es un fascinante complejo de cuevas con impresionantes formaciones de estalactitas y estalagmitas. Los visitantes pueden acceder a la cueva mediante excursiones guiadas en barco o bajando una empinada escalera. Para quienes disfrutan de las aventuras en la naturaleza, los acantilados de Capo Caccia (a 35 minutos en coche) ofrecen rutas de senderismo con vistas impresionantes. El aeropuerto más cercano al alojamiento es el de Fertilia (AHO), a unos 10 minutos en coche.

Great location only one block from the beach and about 15 minutes walk to the old town. Easy free parking either on the streets around the apartment or a huge free parking area about 10 minutes walk. Nice big patio for eating and taking a glimpse of the ocean.

Appartement neuf, très bien équipé , propre, orienté a l'ouest, grand balcon agréable avec vue mer (suffisamment grand pour déjeuner, et étendre son linge sans aucune gene), pratique, confortable, bien situé (proche a pied des commerces, de la plage, du centre historique et du port). A proximité, de superbes plages, les grottes de Neptune.... Appartement parfait pour 3 personnes. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ici. Alessandra, notre hôtesse, est attentionnée et très aimable.

Appartamento nuovo, pulito, con una bella terrazza grande e attrezzato con tutto il necessario per soggiornare. Dotato di ascensore, molto comodo per noi che avevamo un passeggino. Posizione comoda per raggiungere a piedi il lungomare e il centro storico, anche se strada molto trafficata e in alta stagione molto rumorosa. La consigliamo sicuramente e ci torneremmo volentieri!

We had a wonderful stay here. It’s a lovely 10 minute walk along the marina to the old town, and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Bathroom clean and cleaning products provided. Fridge big with coolbox. Air con excellent. The apartment block is new and it and the whole area is quiet. A beach is 5 minute walk away and if you walk farther (10 minutes), there are cafes, beach bars/restaurants, sun loungers for rent - €20 per day for 2 beds and an umbrella. You can get a bus to Maria Pia beach beside the restaurant on main road for €1, but if you like to walk it may only take you half an hour. We left our luggage all day on last day in a place 5 minute walk away for €6 per piece. Everything was perfect. The only thing I was not aware of is that the sofa bed is as you see it. It does not fold out in to a bed. I’m 5 foot 6 and it was ok for me but someone taller may find it small. I’d stay here again if back in Alghero. Also we were lucky to get a flexible check out

The tastefully furnished, newly built apartment was in a quiet street, close to the beach, close to shops and the bus stop. The old town is within walking distance. The view of the sea is beautiful, which can be seen not only from the terrace, but also from the room. I liked that it was homely furnished, with many pictures and many cupboards. We received toiletries, detergent, fabric softener, dish soap, dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher, coffee and tea, salt, sugar, and olive oil.

Csendes utcában volt az igényesen berendezett, új építésű apartman, közel a parthoz, közel a boltokhoz, a buszmegállóhoz, séta távolságra az óváros. Gyönyörű a kilátás a tengerre, amit nem csak a teraszról, de már a szobából is látni. Tetszett, hogy otthonosan volt berendezve, sok képpel, sok szekrénnyel. Kaptunk pipere dolgokat, mosószert, öblítőt, mosogatószert, mosogatógép tablettát a mosogatógéphez, volt kávé és tea is, só cukor, olívaolaj.
