Enjoy the beautiful sea view or stroll through the historic center of Alghero while staying in this brand new apartment located 150 meters from Lido Beach and 1.6 km from Maria Pia Beach. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building, equipped with a lift, built in 2020. It can accommodate up to 3 people and will make you feel like a local right away. The structure The modern and elegant apartment offers a terrace overlooking the sea where you can enjoy your meals in the open air; it is equipped with air conditioning and fast wi-fi connection. Inside it opens into an open-plan living area furnished with a bookcase, a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV on the wall, a kitchen equipped with microwave and dishwasher, fridge and kettle and cooking equipment to ensure a worry-free stay. All the equipment, both in the kitchen and in the bathroom, is electrically powered without the use of gas and open flames. Sleeping Bedroom 1: This bedroom is well-equipped and functional, with a large double bed (160 x 200). Living room: a single sofa bed can comfortably accommodate one person. Bathrooms: Bathroom: the tiled bathroom has a shower, bidet, sink and toilet and washing machine. The apartment is located a stone's throw from the Bousquet promenade, the Lido beach and the port; the historic center with its Gothic-Catalan architecture and the fortified part can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Guests can explore the historic sites, including the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception with its distinctive bell tower, and stroll through the narrow, winding streets that intersect to form a labyrinth or walk along the ramparts with splendid views of the port and the gulf dominated by Capo Caccia. Restaurants, cafes and shops, ATMs and supermarkets are just a few minutes' walk away, as are bike and motorbike rental services and buses to the city and further beaches. The bus stop to and from the airport is just a few metres from the apartment. The local beach, Lido di Alghero, 150 metres away is perfect for swimming and sunbathing with approximately 1.5 km of golden sand and crystal clear, shallow waters. Lido di Alghero is also ideal for windsurfing, kite surfing and paddle surfing. Beach lovers will also appreciate Maria Pia (5 minutes' drive) and Bombarde beach (13 minutes' drive). A short boat ride from Alghero, Neptune's Grotto (30 minutes' drive) is a mesmerising cave complex with breathtaking stalactite and stalagmite formations. Visitors can reach the cave via guided boat tours or by descending a steep staircase. For those who enjoy nature adventures, the cliffs of Capo Caccia (35 minutes' drive) offer hiking trails with breathtaking views. Appartement neuf, très bien équipé , propre, orienté a l'ouest, grand balcon agréable avec vue mer (suffisamment grand pour déjeuner, et étendre son linge sans aucune gene), pratique, confortable, bien situé (proche a pied des commerces, de la plage, du centre historique et du port). A proximité, de superbes plages, les grottes de Neptune.... Appartement parfait pour 3 personnes. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ici. Alessandra, notre hôtesse, est attentionnée et très aimable.

Appartamento nuovo, pulito, con una bella terrazza grande e attrezzato con tutto il necessario per soggiornare. Dotato di ascensore, molto comodo per noi che avevamo un passeggino. Posizione comoda per raggiungere a piedi il lungomare e il centro storico, anche se strada molto trafficata e in alta stagione molto rumorosa. La consigliamo sicuramente e ci torneremmo volentieri!

We had a wonderful stay here. It’s a lovely 10 minute walk along the marina to the old town, and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Bathroom clean and cleaning products provided. Fridge big with coolbox. Air con excellent. The apartment block is new and it and the whole area is quiet. A beach is 5 minute walk away and if you walk farther (10 minutes), there are cafes, beach bars/restaurants, sun loungers for rent - €20 per day for 2 beds and an umbrella. You can get a bus to Maria Pia beach beside the restaurant on main road for €1, but if you like to walk it may only take you half an hour. We left our luggage all day on last day in a place 5 minute walk away for €6 per piece. Everything was perfect. The only thing I was not aware of is that the sofa bed is as you see it. It does not fold out in to a bed. I’m 5 foot 6 and it was ok for me but someone taller may find it small. I’d stay here again if back in Alghero. Also we were lucky to get a flexible check out

The tastefully furnished, newly built apartment was in a quiet street, close to the beach, close to shops and the bus stop. The old town is within walking distance. The view of the sea is beautiful, which can be seen not only from the terrace, but also from the room. I liked that it was homely furnished, with many pictures and many cupboards. We received toiletries, detergent, fabric softener, dish soap, dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher, coffee and tea, salt, sugar, and olive oil.

Csendes utcában volt az igényesen berendezett, új építésű apartman, közel a parthoz, közel a boltokhoz, a buszmegállóhoz, séta távolságra az óváros. Gyönyörű a kilátás a tengerre, amit nem csak a teraszról, de már a szobából is látni. Tetszett, hogy otthonosan volt berendezve, sok képpel, sok szekrénnyel. Kaptunk pipere dolgokat, mosószert, öblítőt, mosogatószert, mosogatógép tablettát a mosogatógéphez, volt kávé és tea is, só cukor, olívaolaj.
