La structure L'appartement moderne et élégant dispose d'une terrasse surplombant la mer où vous pourrez prendre vos repas en plein air ; il est équipé de la climatisation et d'une connexion wi-fi rapide. À l'intérieur, il s'ouvre sur un espace de vie ouvert, meublé d'une bibliothèque, d'un canapé confortable et d'une télévision à écran plat accrochée au mur, d'une cuisine équipée d'un four à micro-ondes et d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un réfrigérateur et d'une bouilloire, ainsi que d'un équipement de cuisine pour garantir un séjour sans souci. Tous les équipements, aussi bien dans la cuisine que dans la salle de bains, sont électriques et n'utilisent pas de gaz ni de flammes nues. Emplacement. L'appartement est situé à deux pas de la promenade du Bousquet, de la plage du Lido et du port ; le centre historique avec son architecture gothique-catalane et la partie fortifiée sont accessibles à pied en quelques minutes. Les hôtes peuvent découvrir les sites historiques, dont la cathédrale de l'Immaculée Conception avec son clocher caractéristique, et se promener dans les rues étroites et sinueuses qui se croisent pour former un labyrinthe ou se promener le long des remparts avec une vue splendide sur le port et le golfe dominé par le Capo Caccia. Restaurants, cafés et magasins, distributeurs automatiques de billets et supermarchés se trouvent à quelques minutes de marche, tout comme les services de location de vélos et de motos et les bus pour la ville et les plages plus éloignées. L'arrêt de bus pour l'aéroport se trouve à quelques mètres de l'appartement. La plage locale, Lido di Alghero, située à 150 mètres, est parfaite pour la baignade et les bains de soleil, avec environ 1,5 km de sable doré et des eaux cristallines et peu profondes. Le Lido di Alghero est également idéal pour la planche à voile, le kite surf et le paddle surf. Les amateurs de plage apprécieront également Maria Pia (à 5 minutes en voiture) et la plage de Bombarde (à 13 minutes en voiture). À une courte distance en bateau d'Alghero, la Grotte de Neptune (30 minutes de route) est un complexe de grottes hypnotiques avec des formations de stalactites et de stalagmites à couper le souffle. Les visiteurs peuvent accéder à la grotte par des visites guidées en bateau ou en descendant un escalier abrupt. Pour ceux qui aiment les aventures dans la nature, les falaises de Capo Caccia (35 minutes de route) offrent des sentiers de randonnée avec des vues à couper le souffle. Appartement neuf, très bien équipé , propre, orienté a l'ouest, grand balcon agréable avec vue mer (suffisamment grand pour déjeuner, et étendre son linge sans aucune gene), pratique, confortable, bien situé (proche a pied des commerces, de la plage, du centre historique et du port). A proximité, de superbes plages, les grottes de Neptune.... Appartement parfait pour 3 personnes. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ici. Alessandra, notre hôtesse, est attentionnée et très aimable.

Appartamento nuovo, pulito, con una bella terrazza grande e attrezzato con tutto il necessario per soggiornare. Dotato di ascensore, molto comodo per noi che avevamo un passeggino. Posizione comoda per raggiungere a piedi il lungomare e il centro storico, anche se strada molto trafficata e in alta stagione molto rumorosa. La consigliamo sicuramente e ci torneremmo volentieri!

We had a wonderful stay here. It’s a lovely 10 minute walk along the marina to the old town, and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Bathroom clean and cleaning products provided. Fridge big with coolbox. Air con excellent. The apartment block is new and it and the whole area is quiet. A beach is 5 minute walk away and if you walk farther (10 minutes), there are cafes, beach bars/restaurants, sun loungers for rent - €20 per day for 2 beds and an umbrella. You can get a bus to Maria Pia beach beside the restaurant on main road for €1, but if you like to walk it may only take you half an hour. We left our luggage all day on last day in a place 5 minute walk away for €6 per piece. Everything was perfect. The only thing I was not aware of is that the sofa bed is as you see it. It does not fold out in to a bed. I’m 5 foot 6 and it was ok for me but someone taller may find it small. I’d stay here again if back in Alghero. Also we were lucky to get a flexible check out

very clean apartment in a very modern, bright and clean building, comfortable bed, hosts were extremely flexible with check in and out times, air con works great, 2 mins walk to promenade which is absolutely beautiful, further along and well worth the 10 minute walk, is the marina and Old Town

The tastefully furnished, newly built apartment was in a quiet street, close to the beach, close to shops and the bus stop. The old town is within walking distance. The view of the sea is beautiful, which can be seen not only from the terrace, but also from the room. I liked that it was homely furnished, with many pictures and many cupboards. We received toiletries, detergent, fabric softener, dish soap, dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher, coffee and tea, salt, sugar, and olive oil.

Csendes utcában volt az igényesen berendezett, új építésű apartman, közel a parthoz, közel a boltokhoz, a buszmegállóhoz, séta távolságra az óváros. Gyönyörű a kilátás a tengerre, amit nem csak a teraszról, de már a szobából is látni. Tetszett, hogy otthonosan volt berendezve, sok képpel, sok szekrénnyel. Kaptunk pipere dolgokat, mosószert, öblítőt, mosogatószert, mosogatógép tablettát a mosogatógéphez, volt kávé és tea is, só cukor, olívaolaj.

This was the best Airbnb stay so far! The place was very clean, close to the beach and city centre. Communication with the host was excellent and we were surprised how well equiped this apartment was. I would definitely recommend!
