Kaum 80 Meter vom öffentlichen Strand entfernt, ist diese schöne, sehr sonnige und kinderfreundliche Zweizimmerwohnung für bis zu 4 Personen eine gute Wahl für eine Unterkunft im Lago Maggiore Gebiet. Im Inneren der Wohnung ist das Wohnzimmer modern eingerichtet und verfügt über eine Reihe von bequemen Sofas, einen Flachbild-HD-Smart-TV und einen Essbereich für 4 Personen. Das Wohnzimmer öffnet sich auf einen kleinen Balkon. In der voll ausgestatteten Küche finden die Gäste einen Geschirrspüler, einen Kühlschrank, einen Backofen, ein Induktionskochfeld und andere notwendige Küchengeräte. Schlafen Schlafzimmer 1: Das schöne Zimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett und einen Kleiderschrank. Schlafzimmer 2: Das lebhafte zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Einzelbett mit einem ausziehbaren Einzelbett und einen kleinen Arbeitsplatz am Fenster und der ruhigen Umgebung. Bäder Badezimmer 1: Das schöne Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne mit Duschkopf und ein WC. Badezimmer 2: Das gemütliche Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche und ein WC. Zusätzlich - Zentralheizung (von Ende Oktober bis Ende März) - Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine - Kostenloses Internet - Privater Parkplatz - Garage - Haartrockner - Geeignet für ältere Gäste - Die Gäste sollten nicht feiern oder Lärm machen, vor allem zwischen 21 und 10 Uhr, und keine Party oder Lärm auf dem Balkon Standort Die gut ausgestattete Wohnung ist ideal für einen ruhigen Urlaub in der Nähe des Lago Maggiore. Der nächste Strand, Restaurants, Cafés, Geschäfte und Supermärkte sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Auch der Bahnhof und die Bushaltestelle sind nach einem kurzen Spaziergang zu erreichen. Die Wohnung eignet sich besonders gut für einen Besuch der Wallfahrtskirche Madonna del Sasso. Neben der Aussicht auf den See und Locarno ist sie auch in religiöser und kultureller Hinsicht sehr bedeutend. Es ist ein visuelles Vergnügen, mit der Standseilbahn Locarno-Madonna del Sasso zu fahren und die Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore von den charmanten Balkonen aus zu genießen. Die Stadt Locarno ist ein begehrtes Touristenziel, das eine großartige Naturlandschaft und kulturelle Attraktionen bietet. Das Stadtzentrum (4 Minuten), die Piazza Grande, ist bekannt für das jährlich stattfindende Filmfestival. Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten gehören die Altstadt, das Castello Visconteo (6 Minuten) aus dem 12. Jahrhundert, Kunstsammlungen und die Promenade. Jahrhundert, Kunstsammlungen und die Strandpromenade. Excellente communication avec l’hôte qui a toujours été très réactif. Le logement est idéalement placé près du bord du lac et des restaurants ainsi que de la gare. Locarno est un point de départ idéal pour découvrir le Tessin et la région des lacs

Stayed for a long weekend of activities around Locarno. This place was a great base for the purpose: 10-15 minutes walk away from the station and old town area, plenty of room, nice views out of the flat, quiet area. Host is via an agency. Check in/out was easy with a lockbox and what communication there was went smoothly.

Wonderful flat in the heart of Minusio with splendid views and easy access to Lucarno and its restaurants and shopping and also great access to the numerous hiking trails in the region. The flat is spacious and has an interesting collection of eclectic themes and all the comforts/distractions of a modern home (WiFi, TV). Great trip for us…

Nice appartment, quiet location in Minusio close to lake and not too far from the Locarno train station. We appreciate that the balcony door has been fixed since last year. Some interior details like blinds and other installations require attention by the owners or by the rental company.

We stayed one week at the apartment. Besides that the Appartment was not properly cleaned before our arrival (which Christian solved fast by sending a cleaning lady the next working day), the apartment is perfect for the price that we payed. Moreover, the team that manage the property are really helpful and provide a good explanation/guide on how to arrive to the property. Location is as well wonderful and the size of the apartment is perfect for a family
