A soli 80 metri dalla spiaggia pubblica, questo grazioso appartamento con due camere da letto per un massimo di 4 persone, molto soleggiato e adatto ai bambini, è un'ottima scelta per una sistemazione nella zona del Lago Maggiore. All'interno dell'appartamento, il soggiorno ha un arredamento moderno che comprende un set di comodi divani, una Smart TV HD a schermo piatto e uno spazio per mangiare per 4 persone. Il soggiorno si apre su un piccolo balcone. Nella cucina completa, gli ospiti troveranno una lavastoviglie, un frigorifero, un forno, un piano cottura a induzione e altri elettrodomestici necessari. Posti letto Camera da letto 1: Questa bella camera dispone di un letto matrimoniale e di un armadio. Camera da letto 2: La vivace seconda camera da letto dispone di un letto singolo estraibile e di una piccola postazione di lavoro vicino alla finestra e ai tranquilli dintorni. Si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia più vicina, da ristoranti, caffè, negozi e supermercati. Anche la stazione ferroviaria e la fermata dell'autobus sono raggiungibili con una breve passeggiata. L'appartamento è perfetto per visitare il Santuario della Madonna del Sasso. Oltre alla vista sul lago e su Locarno, è molto significativo anche dal punto di vista religioso e culturale. È un piacere per gli occhi prendere la funicolare Locarno-Madonna del Sasso e godersi la vista sul Lago Maggiore dai suoi affascinanti balconi. La città di Locarno è un'ambita destinazione turistica che offre un grande paesaggio naturale e attrazioni culturali. Il centro della città (4 minuti), Piazza Grande, è famoso per ospitare un festival cinematografico annuale. I luoghi di interesse includono il centro storico, il Castello Visconteo (6 minuti) del XII secolo, le collezioni d'arte e il lungomare. Gli ospiti possono anche fare una crociera nel lago o esplorare la regione attraverso i suoi vari sentieri escursionistici e ciclabili, soprattutto nei dintorni di Cardada (34 minuti). La scena gastronomica è piuttosto sviluppata e i ristoranti si vantano di servire ottimi piatti con una splendida vista. L'aeroporto più vicino dista circa 120 chilometri.

Excellente communication avec l’hôte qui a toujours été très réactif. Le logement est idéalement placé près du bord du lac et des restaurants ainsi que de la gare. Locarno est un point de départ idéal pour découvrir le Tessin et la région des lacs

Stayed for a long weekend of activities around Locarno. This place was a great base for the purpose: 10-15 minutes walk away from the station and old town area, plenty of room, nice views out of the flat, quiet area. Host is via an agency. Check in/out was easy with a lockbox and what communication there was went smoothly.

Wonderful flat in the heart of Minusio with splendid views and easy access to Lucarno and its restaurants and shopping and also great access to the numerous hiking trails in the region. The flat is spacious and has an interesting collection of eclectic themes and all the comforts/distractions of a modern home (WiFi, TV). Great trip for us…

Nice appartment, quiet location in Minusio close to lake and not too far from the Locarno train station. We appreciate that the balcony door has been fixed since last year. Some interior details like blinds and other installations require attention by the owners or by the rental company.

We stayed one week at the apartment. Besides that the Appartment was not properly cleaned before our arrival (which Christian solved fast by sending a cleaning lady the next working day), the apartment is perfect for the price that we payed. Moreover, the team that manage the property are really helpful and provide a good explanation/guide on how to arrive to the property. Location is as well wonderful and the size of the apartment is perfect for a family
