À 80 mètres à peine de la plage publique, ce charmant appartement de deux chambres à coucher, très ensoleillé et adapté aux enfants, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes, est un excellent choix d'hébergement dans la région du lac Majeur. À l'intérieur de l'appartement, le salon dispose d'un mobilier moderne comprenant un ensemble de canapés confortables, une télévision HD Smart à écran plat et une salle à manger pour 4 personnes. Le salon s'ouvre sur un petit balcon. La cuisine est équipée d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un réfrigérateur, d'un four, d'une plaque de cuisson à induction et d'autres appareils de cuisine nécessaires. Couchage Chambre 1 : Cette belle chambre dispose d'un lit double et d'une armoire. Chambre 2 : La deuxième chambre, très animée, dispose d'un lit simple avec un lit simple extractible et d'un petit poste de travail près de la fenêtre et de l'environnement paisible. Salle de bains Salle de bains 1 : La belle salle de bains est équipée d'une baignoire avec pommeau de douche et d'un WC. Salle de bain 2 : La salle de bain confortable dispose d'une douche et d'un WC. Autres salles de bains - Chauffage central (de fin octobre à fin mars) - Machine à café Nespresso - Internet gratuit - Parking privé - garage - Sèche-cheveux - Convient aux personnes âgées - Les hôtes ne doivent pas faire la fête ou du bruit, surtout entre 21 heures et 10 heures du matin, et ne pas faire la fête ou du bruit sur le balcon. Emplacement L'appartement bien meublé est parfait pour passer des vacances paisibles à proximité du lac Majeur. Il est situé à quelques pas de la plage la plus proche, des restaurants, des cafés, des magasins et des supermarchés. La gare et l'arrêt de bus sont également accessibles après une courte marche. L'appartement est idéal pour visiter le Sanctuaire de Madonna del Sasso. Outre les vues sur le lac et Locarno, le sanctuaire est également très important d'un point de vue religieux et culturel. Il est agréable de prendre le funiculaire Locarno-Madonna del Sasso et de profiter de la vue sur le lac Majeur depuis ses charmants balcons. La ville de Locarno est une destination touristique recherchée qui offre un paysage naturel et des attractions culturelles de grande qualité. Le centre-ville (4 minutes), Piazza Grande, est connu pour accueillir chaque année un festival du film. Les lieux d'intérêt comprennent la vieille ville, le Castello Visconteo (6 minutes) datant du 12ème siècle, les collections d'art et la promenade. Les visiteurs peuvent également faire une croisière sur le lac ou explorer la région à travers ses divers sentiers de randonnée et de cyclisme, en particulier autour de Cardada (34 minutes). La scène gastronomique est assez bien développée et les restaurants se vantent de servir de bons plats avec de belles vues. L'aéroport le plus proche se trouve à environ 120 kilomètres.

Excellente communication avec l’hôte qui a toujours été très réactif. Le logement est idéalement placé près du bord du lac et des restaurants ainsi que de la gare. Locarno est un point de départ idéal pour découvrir le Tessin et la région des lacs

Stayed for a long weekend of activities around Locarno. This place was a great base for the purpose: 10-15 minutes walk away from the station and old town area, plenty of room, nice views out of the flat, quiet area. Host is via an agency. Check in/out was easy with a lockbox and what communication there was went smoothly.

Wonderful flat in the heart of Minusio with splendid views and easy access to Lucarno and its restaurants and shopping and also great access to the numerous hiking trails in the region. The flat is spacious and has an interesting collection of eclectic themes and all the comforts/distractions of a modern home (WiFi, TV). Great trip for us…

Nice appartment, quiet location in Minusio close to lake and not too far from the Locarno train station. We appreciate that the balcony door has been fixed since last year. Some interior details like blinds and other installations require attention by the owners or by the rental company.

We stayed one week at the apartment. Besides that the Appartment was not properly cleaned before our arrival (which Christian solved fast by sending a cleaning lady the next working day), the apartment is perfect for the price that we payed. Moreover, the team that manage the property are really helpful and provide a good explanation/guide on how to arrive to the property. Location is as well wonderful and the size of the apartment is perfect for a family
