A escasos 80 metros de la playa pública, este encantador apartamento de dos dormitorios, muy soleado y adecuado para niños, con capacidad para un máximo de 4 huéspedes, es una excelente opción de alojamiento en la zona del Lago Maggiore. En el interior del apartamento, la sala de estar cuenta con muebles modernos que incluyen un conjunto de cómodos sofás, una TV HD Smart de pantalla plana y un comedor para 4 personas. El salón da a un pequeño balcón. En la cocina completa, los huéspedes encontrarán un lavavajillas, una nevera, un horno y una placa de inducción, entre otros electrodomésticos necesarios. Para dormir Dormitorio 1: La bonita habitación cuenta con una cama doble y un armario. Dormitorio 2: El animado segundo dormitorio tiene una cama individual con una cama individual extraíble y una pequeña estación de trabajo junto a la ventana y los tranquilos alrededores. El apartamento es especialmente perfecto para visitar el Santuario de Madonna del Sasso. Además de las vistas del lago y de Locarno, también es muy significativo desde el punto de vista religioso y cultural. Es una delicia visual tomar el funicular Locarno-Madonna del Sasso y disfrutar de las vistas del lago Mayor desde sus encantadores balcones. La ciudad de Locarno es un codiciado destino turístico que ofrece un gran paisaje natural y atracciones culturales El centro de la ciudad (4 minutos), Piazza Grande, es popular por albergar un festival anual de cine. Entre los lugares de interés destacan el casco antiguo, el Castello Visconteo (6 minutos) del siglo XII, las colecciones de bellas artes y el paseo marítimo. Los huéspedes también pueden hacer un crucero por el lago o explorar la región a través de sus diversas rutas de senderismo y ciclismo, especialmente en los alrededores de Cardada (34 minutos). La escena gastronómica está bastante desarrollada y los restaurantes presumen de servir buena comida con magníficas vistas. El aeropuerto más cercano está a unos 120 kilómetros.

Excellente communication avec l’hôte qui a toujours été très réactif. Le logement est idéalement placé près du bord du lac et des restaurants ainsi que de la gare. Locarno est un point de départ idéal pour découvrir le Tessin et la région des lacs

Stayed for a long weekend of activities around Locarno. This place was a great base for the purpose: 10-15 minutes walk away from the station and old town area, plenty of room, nice views out of the flat, quiet area. Host is via an agency. Check in/out was easy with a lockbox and what communication there was went smoothly.

Wonderful flat in the heart of Minusio with splendid views and easy access to Lucarno and its restaurants and shopping and also great access to the numerous hiking trails in the region. The flat is spacious and has an interesting collection of eclectic themes and all the comforts/distractions of a modern home (WiFi, TV). Great trip for us…

We stayed one week at the apartment. Besides that the Appartment was not properly cleaned before our arrival (which Christian solved fast by sending a cleaning lady the next working day), the apartment is perfect for the price that we payed. Moreover, the team that manage the property are really helpful and provide a good explanation/guide on how to arrive to the property. Location is as well wonderful and the size of the apartment is perfect for a family
