Op nauwelijks 80 meter van het openbare strand is dit mooie, zeer zonnige en kindvriendelijke appartement met twee slaapkamers voor maximaal 4 personen een geweldige keuze voor accommodatie in het gebied van het Lago Maggiore. Binnen in het appartement heeft de woonkamer een moderne inrichting met een set comfortabele banken, een flatscreen HD Smart TV en een eethoek voor 4 personen. De woonkamer komt uit op een klein balkon. In de complete keuken vinden gasten onder andere een vaatwasser, een koelkast, een oven en een inductiekookplaat. Slapen Slaapkamer 1: De mooie kamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed en een kledingkast. Slaapkamer 2: De levendige tweede slaapkamer heeft een eenpersoonsbed met een uitschuifbare eenpersoonsbed en een kleine werkplek bij het raam en de rustige omgeving. Badkamers Badkamer 1: De mooie badkamer heeft een ligbad met een douchekop en een toilet. Badkamer 2: De gezellige badkamer heeft een douche en een WC. Extra - Centrale verwarming (van eind oktober tot eind maart) - Nespresso koffiezetapparaat - Gratis internet - Privé parkeerplaats - garage - Haardroger - Geschikt voor oudere gasten - Gasten mogen niet feesten of lawaai maken, vooral niet tussen 21.00 en 10.00 uur, en geen feest of lawaai op het balkon Locatie Het goed ingerichte appartement is perfect voor een rustige vakantie in de buurt van het Lago Maggiore. Het ligt op loopafstand van het dichtstbijzijnde strand, restaurants, cafés, winkels en supermarkten. Het treinstation en de bushalte kunnen ook worden bereikt na een korte wandeling. Het appartement is vooral perfect voor een bezoek aan het heiligdom van Madonna del Sasso. Naast het uitzicht op het meer en Locarno is het ook heel belangrijk vanuit religieus en cultureel oogpunt. Het is een visueel genot om de kabelbaan Locarno-Madonna del Sasso te nemen en te genieten van het uitzicht op het Lago Maggiore vanaf de charmante balkons. De stad Locarno is een gewilde toeristische bestemming met een prachtig natuurlandschap en culturele bezienswaardigheden. Het stadscentrum (4 minuten), Piazza Grande, is populair vanwege het jaarlijkse filmfestival. Bezienswaardigheden zijn onder andere de oude stad, Castello Visconteo (6 minuten) uit de 12e eeuw, kunstcollecties en de promenade. Gasten kunnen ook een boottocht maken op het meer of de regio verkennen via de verschillende wandel- en fietspaden, vooral rond Cardada (34 minuten). De culinaire scene is goed ontwikkeld en de restaurants zijn trots op het serveren van heerlijk eten met een geweldig uitzicht. Het dichtstbijzijnde vliegveld ligt op ongeveer 120 kilometer afstand.

Excellente communication avec l’hôte qui a toujours été très réactif. Le logement est idéalement placé près du bord du lac et des restaurants ainsi que de la gare. Locarno est un point de départ idéal pour découvrir le Tessin et la région des lacs

Stayed for a long weekend of activities around Locarno. This place was a great base for the purpose: 10-15 minutes walk away from the station and old town area, plenty of room, nice views out of the flat, quiet area. Host is via an agency. Check in/out was easy with a lockbox and what communication there was went smoothly.

Nice appartment, quiet location in Minusio close to lake and not too far from the Locarno train station. We appreciate that the balcony door has been fixed since last year. Some interior details like blinds and other installations require attention by the owners or by the rental company.

We stayed one week at the apartment. Besides that the Appartment was not properly cleaned before our arrival (which Christian solved fast by sending a cleaning lady the next working day), the apartment is perfect for the price that we payed. Moreover, the team that manage the property are really helpful and provide a good explanation/guide on how to arrive to the property. Location is as well wonderful and the size of the apartment is perfect for a family
